3 weeks post op and Not feeling good...Very Nauseous!

I have been feeling nauseous all week and today it is just horrible!! I had to take off work today because I cannot take it. I have called my surgeon and am waiting to hear back. I am sure that I am dehydrated, but would that cause this horrid feeling? I am waiting another hour and then I might just go to my primary care. Any suggestions?? Thanks so much for all the help!!

Stage 2 diet, What do you order at a Restaurant?

So, I am just wondering. I am currently on the stage 2 diet and I have to go on a trip. I am trying to figure out what I can eat when we go out to eat... besides; mashed potatoes and eggs. Please help!! I am only 2 weeks post op on this Friday. I feel good and have lost 30 lbs in 30 days... so I get full fast, just needing some suggestions ) Thanks for you help!!

Pre-Op Liquid Diet

This is my first time ever blogging... I hope I am doing I correctly... (feel free to offer suggestions:) I started the Pre-op liquid diet on Friday. I have been drinking sugar-free carnation instant breakfast 5 times a day and having a sugar-free jello along with lots of water. Today I started craving MEAT! I am not really hungry I just feel like maybe I'm having withdraws from Beef and Pork and I know that I will not be eating much of that for a long time if anytime soon. Any ideas on how to get through cravings?? Also I have only lost 1.5 lbs and this is going on 5 days on this diet. My Dr expects me to lose 9-15 lbs in the 2 week pre-op diet. I hope I can get this weight off in time!
