Just to jot down a few notes on what I have experienced post LAP band.
In the hospital I hit that blue button every time I thought about it (morphine). I don't think I ever felt any pain, a little disconfort but it was barable.
The biggest thing for me was no water or no food. I was ready to throw the lemon stick swabs at them.
After coming home i took 1 tylnol 3 with codene pill and decided unless I was in pain that would be it.
My first full day home I just layed around all day. By now this is getting boring. I wanted to do something but i was tired. So I did nothing.
I went out to help on the paper route sunday morning. The wife and kid are doing a great job in my absence. I think they should help all the time.
gotta go will post again soon
Nothing new to report today. My port site is still swollen but i'm told thats normal. Bought me some children multivitiams and some gax strips this morning, also bought some high protien boost.
I think today i'll get out and start walking. I have walked around in the house but not enough to a mount to anything.
