everyday is different for me yesterday i ate something but could only eat half of it i had a chicken tostada chewing it down

two times i got this like idk boil in my mouth um yesterday i couldnt get a whole 8 oz of protein down and i was hardly thirsty suck and iam 20 days out of surgery im wonder too how i get that weight loss ticker on my blogs like other people have it
