soft foods

Today is day 24 ive been eating soft foods for about a week now and im only feeling limited restriction, i dont think the band is really working as far as restricitng my food intake. Im still not taking my vitamin regularly either, i know thats not good. But i did discover this protein shake by muscle milk, its chocolate milk flavored and i mix it into milk and its AMAZING and with 2 scoops i get 50g of protein !!! I do need to increase my fluids still though im kinda having a rough time with that. Something weird though im having quick blood sugar fluxs'. like before i eat i feel really weak and dizzy and sometimes after i eat i get similar feelings like dizzyness . . . im gonna talk to my docotor about that one when i go see him on the 15th to get my first fill. Im concerned about my fill too bc i dont know what its goign to be like in France, all i hear about is how good their food is . . . well i guess ill just get a taste of it litterly. My cat is driving me crazy too. HE'S NUTS !!! i mean litterly he's crazy. :help: but that has nothing to do with my band. OH NEW NEWS. i like this guy named Jonathan which really isnt a big suprise bc ive liked him for a while now but i feel like just reacently we've become closer and i hate that school ends in like 2 seconds. but i think it will be good for me, to see how interested he is in me, ya know how much effort is he willing to put in it long distance . . . but im glad that he's shown interest i me before i started losing a lot of weight, that means he likes me for who i am and not just what i look like. I feel like thats going to be a problem for me once ive lost weight is when guys hit on me im gonna feel like they only have alterior motives and that they dont really like me for who i am . . i guess ill just have to cross that bridge when i get there . . . well im off to run the lake on this Saturday morning !:clap2:

Day 13

Today is day 13 and im starting to feel hungry today i ate eggs, and cottage cheese its bad i know, and definately something that i want to talk to my doctor about Tuesday at my apointment . . . i just want to lose weight so bad. the first week and a half were great, i didnt want to eat and didnt feel hungry ever. Maybe its just because its the weekend and im bored in my house today. I know that i need to be out doign things. I really want to run the lake again but im going to ask my Dr. about that too on Tuesday before i do 3 miles. according to my scale im still dropping weight though and thats all thats important. I really want to be a size 16 by my birthday but i dont think thats a reasonable goal. since that only gives me 3 months to go down about 30-40 lbs. wow wouldnt that be great though ? welll ill keep posted on what the doctor says

One Week

Today is my one week mark and i really really wish that i had a scale, and then on the other had i dont because id be disappointed if a week of liquids hadnt resulted in much weightloss. Im so swamped with school right now too . . AAHHH this organic papers due tomorrow and i have a physics test. And for some reason im stressing about Monday already . . . I have a presentation and test due for organic and a cytology exam !!! I so want this year to be done, and as far as my band goes, its getting really hard to just eat liquids although i think im doing pretty good, the worst part is these stinkin' protein shakes !! well chartwells doesnt make it any easier either . . . their soups arnt really "liquid" so ive just been straining the broth. Well except for the broccoli and cheese soup but all the broccoli is really really mushy do i dont think that will stretch my band at all. i kow that i need to be careful though. Trish made cookies today and the whole house smelled like cake . . . i had to go to my room and shut the door to stay away from them but so far ive been successful. and im proud of that. Oh i went to the bathroom today too that was exciting !! Whoever though that i would be excited to poop ? well ive got to get back to my paper.
