Today I went to PF Changs - YUMM!! and I stayed within the 1500 calories because I limited my calorie intake earlier in the day, and I went online to pull their nutritional content...wuhuuuuuuuuuuuuuu Tomorrow is the next day, Excercise - I am thinking about Tae Kwon Do - Does anyone do this???
