Yucky Protein Supplements

Ughhhh!!!!!! I am 14 days out and can't seem to find a protein supplement that I can even try to choke down. I have tried the Unjury, Syntrax, EAS, and the cheap stuff from Wal-mart. I just cant seem to get them down. Anybody have any suggestions?

Tired of pureed chicken!

Ok well I made it! Now on to pureed foods. However 3 days into it and I am already sick of pureed chicken. Mixing it with broth just doesnt cut it. Will have to try the tuna I guess. Does anybody have any suggestions for me? Can we add anything to make it taste a bit better? On the bright side I went to my post op 2 week appointment and have lost 16 lbs already! I am sooooo excited and happy.

Decent tasting protein supplement

Hey guys just wanted you to know that I found a few decent tasting protein supplements. They are made by SciFit. Website is www.scifitauthentic.com They have single serve bottles so you can taste them. My sister in law got them for me. They all have 50 grams of protein in one single serving. Makes it better to drink only one than 2. :thumbup1:
