Friday

The "non-drowsy" pain meds the dr gave me put me to sleep. Man! I wish the back pain would go. It's not as bad today so I'll try to not take anything today but tylenol and see what happens.   I'm still losing weight Halleluia!!! :youcandothis:I have a fill in 3 weeks so I'll be glad of that. Love to soak in my new jacuzzi tub. I think these smiley things are cute.

one month post-op

:typing:I'm one month post op and have lost 33 pounds. I know it says 28 on my ticker but I actually gained 5 pounds before I started loosing so..that's why.   I'm doing good, but for 1 month I've had back and shoulder pain. It's gradually going away. They have told me now that I can go to solid food because you will lose weight faster if you are full. So I tried that. We went to dinner last night and I could hardly eat anything. Once the dinner part came I was already full. It's kind of cool, but I know that I am going to lose weight.   Trying all kinds of pain meds too, tylenol doesn't cut it, nor ibuprophen. The dr gave me some other non-narcotic med for my back. Hopefully that will help. I get it today. Otherwise. I'm doing great!:clap2:

March 2007 pre-op phase

They tell me my insurance will cover it. I'm so glad. Everything seems to be going smooth. During the seminar the Lord zapped me and I knew that I knew that it was supposed to happen. I'm going for the psych eval this friday. Should be interesting. What fun!!!
