Ok, I finally made the decision to do something about my weight. Well, I decided something that I think will work. No more weight watchers, nutri systems, fad diets, pills, heck, even trying to eat sensible didnt work. My goal is to feel better and have more energy so I can want to exercise or even take walks. I want to fiqure out what activity I can do that I can really enjoy. I am scheduled for lb surgery next Friday. Please let this be the right decision. My co-ordinator is not going to be there after all, said she had a family emergency, but her team would take good care of me. The only reason I decided not to take a family member was because Shannon made me feel so reassured. Now What?:think Today weight 200lb and I am only 5'1"
