Summer Challenge
My fitness routine that I had to accomplish the goal.

State your - Type of WLS, Surgery date and weight, current weight, goal weight after challenge. *We will post our Videos and Weigh-in every Wednesday by 12pm. Dates to Post: June 6- Intro Video, June 13,20 ,27. July 4, 11, 18,25.
