Every Fill Liquids After?

After every fill do you have to go on liquids for a couple of days? Had my first fill and so far cannot tell too much of a restriction. I know it will take a while but I want 80 lbs gone now

I have question about grinding meds. Can you take small pills like Claritan or do you grind everything? Also kind of the same question do you take small chunks or grind everything to a powder?
