Stuck...

So I went last week for my first fill and all went okay. Initially, my doctor put 3cc's into my band and then took 1 cc out because he thought I was too tight while looking at the imaging. He says to me that for the next few days you should eat soup because that is all you will be able to take in. NOT the case...I honestly don't see a difference in what I was eating before the fill and what I am eating now. I am able to eat more than 3 ounces if I wanted to but that defeats the purpose, I do get hungry between meals and I haven't lost anything. So, do I call the office or do I just wait until my appointment next month on the 12th? Picking up the phone now seems premature but I don't want to wait an entire month...

1st Fill...

So I am very excited and anxious as today I go to the doctor for my first fill!!! As of last week I was down a total of 25lbs and I can't wait to see my progress after the fill. Can anyone tell me what to expect? My Journey...

Not sure what to say or do, so here goes...I got banded about 4 weeks ago and I am down a total of 23 pounds (preop lost 11 and the rest since surgery). I am truly excited about what my future holds as I am 1/4 of the way to my goal weight. The holidays weren't as challenging as I thought so I know that if I made it past Thanksgiving, the rest of this year should be a breeze. Next week is my first appointment with my surgeon since surgery and that is my first fill day. Can anyone tell me what to expect?
