Day 5 of the Pre Opp diet

So far I'm down about 4 lbs and things are going pretty smooth. The diet is not to bad it is allot of a mind sent you get into for the long haul. It will be worth it all in the end~~~ Good Luck to all....

Here I go...

Well today is day 2 of my 2 week pre op diet and so far so good just wondering how everyone made their soup for it I used the veggies from the list and then broth to taste hope I don it right? What are some of the things others ate besides the 2 shakes a day? Good Luck to everyone!!
