Ok, so things didn't go as planned this weekend with the eatting.... but I think I did pretty good...   On Friday night, ended up having a grilled chicken breast, slice of tomato and lettuce (from a burger at DQ) that Christine had in her room. It was cold.. but was really delicious! I have 2.5 glass of red wine.   JC Hoops Cereal (no milk) 1 fruit cup 1 JC Mocha Shake   Before heading out to go shopping, Oscar and I did sit ups, push ups (regular style) and hand stand press. At least got in some exercise this weekend. Worked up a sweat   Chili lime steak salad at Sheri's (restaurant in US) was delicious... had very little dressing (maybe 1 teaspoon) because the steak was covered in Frank's Red Hot Chili Lime Sauce.... the only thing I had that wasn't so healthy was the garlic toast... but only had 1 piece.   Grande non-fat latte with sugar free shot   Ate at the Asian restaurant in the Hotel - had salad rolls with a bit of peanut sauce. Hot and Sour Soup. 1/4 cut of white rice with 1/4 cup of curried / coconut chicken. 3 glasses of red wine.   I should have eatten at the steak house... would have been much easier to eat there. Asian foods have a lot of sauce on them. But I made some good choices and didn't indulge in the deep fried egg rolls that everyone had.

JC Stuff B/F Sandwich 1 Coffee Herbal Tea   Apple JC Mocha Shake   JC Personal Pizza Out for lunch - Salmon Spinach Salad - dressng on side - used 1/2   Starbucks Grande non-fat latte with sugar free shot   Choc Graham Twists V8 Juice   JC Turkey & Gravy Entre   1.5 hr Karate tonight - looking forward to it!   Began to run out of steam about 1/2 through Karate - the kicks were difficult after a bit of time. Oscar felt the same way. We had a good workout on Tuesday, perhaps our muscles did not have enough time to rest properly for tonights class. Was fun though... got to spare with Jacko, was fun..but man is he ever quick! Running again was difficult.. but I'm trying. Worked up a really good sweat tonigh by the end of class.
