Starting Over.........

So I am starting a blog this time around on a site I have always just read...never posted...hopefully I am on my way to my goal weight....50 pounds to go. Got my first re-fill 3.6cc and started the Couch to 5K program, and am actually feeling really good right now. I just want to keep it up through the difficult times when I seem to discourage myself out of everything I know I am supposed to do. Here we go!
