A Time to Laugh with Tiffy!!

:cheer2: Howdy ya'll :cheer2:   I spent most of my day laughing at emails from my sister she is so funny, I dont know what I would do without her. She has been a inspiration to me she is the baby of 7 and she is so pretty she has a body like Serrina Williams *not sure what happened to me* But I love her!!   She has been taking me and the kids back and forth to daycare and work!!! She is my HERO I love her :kiss2: :kiss2:   I wish I could tell her that I want this Lap band. I guess Im just scared she wont understand why. She's 24 no kids no boyfriend just a free spirit with a perfect body:Banane20:   Well if you have a sister show her you love her today by a simple hug or kiss or a phone conversation. :scared:   Love you all SHOUT OUT to Teresita (where are you?) & DouglasP ((hugs))to u :kiss2:

Waiting Waiting Waiting for Approval

Not sure whats suppose to come first the approval or the pre test for the surgery?:rolleyes   Im not as jittery as I was before, My managers know about what I want to do they are supportive! My mom does not want me to have the surgery! My sister is like go for it!   My kids love the way mommy's stomach feels like a soft pillow my son likes to poke at it and watch it jiggle!:tired   Im not ready for pre op diet trying to get my head around not eating as much as a pregnant person!!!:bathbaby:   I want to be comfortable I want to be healthy I want support I want to live as long as I can for my kids and their future!!!

STRESSING TODAY

WAITING ON CALL FROM SCHEDULER

I GOT SOME SLEEP I WOKE UP THINKING I WAS LATE AND I WAS AN HOUR EARLY.   I SENT OVER MY APPROVAL LETTER TO SCOTT AND NOW I'M WAITING FOR THE SCHEDULER LADY TO CALL ME BACK WITH A SURGERY DATE..

No news yet!! Scott sen the information off 1-19-07 By the way Im trying to get a house! Filled out the application for a mortage loan today!!   I had to do something to get my mind off of the surgery!!!:faint:   thanks for the support:kiss2: :kiss2:

My TICK TICK is back!!!

Yesterday was my church's - Church Anniversary 114 years!!! :clap2: I've only been apart of the church for about 5 years now. In that 5 years I gained a best friend *Pastor's wife Karla M. Thomas* she passed in June of this year at 41 she left behind 4 awesome kids and 1 bad to tha bone grandson.   Her daughter Tick Tick got angry and didnt talk to me for 2 1/2 months :phanvan   But yesterday something happend she hugged me said she was sorry and she thanked me for loving her when she didnt want me to. She 17 years old her mom is gone she is the only girl. I look at her like she is my own, I can't even explain the many emotions that I felt when I held her and she said she loved me. :think     This makes me want to rush this Lap band thing even more I need to have more energy to help her and give her attention and time. :scared:     I guess I said all of this to say LOVE and SHOW LOVE to your loved ones!   If you were to leave this earth today, would you have someone to show love and care for what you have left?   TELL SOMEONE YOU LOVE THEM, DEVELOP A RELATIONSIP WITH YOUR KIDS, TELL THEM YOU LOVE THEM ALTHOUGH they can disobey us we have to embrace them daily!!!   I never thought my bestfriend would have left me with such a task!   But it is well with me KARLA take your rest I LOVE YOU & I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN. :angel: :angel: :angel:   LOVE YA TERESITA AND DOUG-P

SO CONFUSED

IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO FIND MY JOURNAL   I GUESS I HAVE TO GET USE TO THIS   FEELING GOOD TODAY, LITTLE SLEEPY   TAKING MORE PICTURES OF MYSELF NOW!!!   CURRENT WEIGHT 256 AND BEAUTIFUL   breakfast - SLIM FAST LOW CARB DIET SHAKE & brand muffin Protein 20grams Lunch - very small portion of cheinese food Dinner - the rest of the chienese food   exercise - walked around the mall at lunch time

Texas weather sucks!!

My son's asthma started acting up again on Monday he has asthma attack on Tuesday! 160.00 on med's Texas Weather is trying to smother my baby.   The soldier that I adopted early this year made it home SAFE and SOUND *well I hope so*   He and his family are staying here at the hotel for the week his baby is so beautiful. He said something that struck me he said the people in Iraq dont want us there! and that he was told that they would be better off if the soliders left! WOW I didn't know what to say after that I'm happy he dosent have to go back.   He said that they lost over 100 soilders last month   I'm to scared to get on the scale to see if I have lost any weight so afraid the scale wont move down!!!! well enough for now

Lunch today

11-24-06 1:49pm   Breakfast was half a bowl of oatmeal 1 bottle of water   Lunch Ceaser salad with bread and seafood gumbo bowl!! "apple martini"/water   Dinner Salad of some kind   I can already tell a difference in my face i can see my checkbones!

HAVING A MOMENT!!

YES I Thick chick texas am having a moment! I dont allow myself to drown in my moments so let me get this out quickly!! Not feeling real good about myself today I know that I'm not as far gone with my weight as others. But I what I carry is very very heavy for me, I woke up and I felt disgusted with myself, I've been sticking to my eating right plan but I dont see anything happening! I ate mini corn dogs and boiled chicken legs all day yesterday not sured if that is bad??? I have completly sworn off pants because of the way my thighs rub together eveything from my knees down is small but the knees up I look like a goodyear blimp! *my opinion* So now I wear skirts it hides my thighs and my kness and some of my flap from being pregnant.   **** ok stop it NO MORE badmouthing me****   Ok I got that out!!! I will be ok thank u thank u Teresita for your GOD-sent words!!! I guess I just had to get it out! Im changing for the better I'm gonna do something about my weight I'm gonna wear my pants again soon I'm gonna keep loving me and my temporary fluffyness!   i love me i love me i love me i love me i love me i love me i love me i love me

I did it!!

11-23-06   Menu for Thanksgiving breakfast! 3 ego waffels syrup/butter water   3 hours later lunch noddles in cup water     5 hours later THANKSGIVING FOOD I went a Thanksgiving without eating turkey!   I went a Thanksgiving without eating pumpkin pie or sweet potatoe pie!   I did not drink any sodas havent had any since 11-10-06!!   I ate out of paper cups I filled the cup half way up with veggie dressing   Then half a cup of turnip greens   Then my brother made my a fat free banana pudding!! I ate 2 servings of that!!!!   popcorn for dinner and 2 bottles of water that day!   Laying in the bed this is what my body said to me My mind says EAT its been 45mins! My fat tummy says you are really not that hungry DRINK water!! My thighs says you should RUN from the table!! My butts says you should be spanked for even thinking about food! My heart says a change is coming!! hang in there Tia

NUTRITION CLASS WAS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT

TO BE HONEST I DIDNT REALLY LEARN ANYTHING IN THE CLASS I LEARNED TO TALK SIPS, EVERY 15MIN   I WAS ABOUT THE LIQUID DIET STAGE ????   I DONT KNOW MAYBE I WASNT PAYING ENOUGH ATTENTION,   TERESITA SHEILIA I WILL BE CALLING YA'LL REAL SOON   LOVE YOU GUYS   BY THE WAY I GAINED 6 POUNDS

Im Sleepy

Friday partied until 7:30am *I didnt know I could stay up all night like that* got 5 hours of sleepSaturday kicked it until 6:30am * I think I realized I'm to old to stay up this late*got 4 hours of sleep* went and got hair braided from 11am to 6pm 7:30 TO 9PM CHURCH BED 12:30AM UP FOR WORK 6:30AM   IN OTHER WORDS I'M   SLEEPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What the HECK!!!! I gave my info.

1-19-07 4:35pm Gave Scott all my new member information from my new card he looked at my chart and said that he would call in the notification requirement to the insurance company. He’s letting them know that I’m ready for surgery he is also going to send in the pre determination letter and clinical information when it is requested. He said I might find out before him if I got approved or not!!! Now im waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From what i understand the approval is good for a year By the time i get the surgery I will have my mind made up for sure!!! love ya Teresita and Btsoph (?)

10 pound challenge!!

Since I have to wait January 2007 to have my surgery I'm challenging myself to lose 10 pounds by then   water water water water water water water I started off on Wednesday eating tuna salad & wheat thins No more fried anything and no sodas diet or regular. No bread !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! water water water water water water water Im doing well so far slipped and had diet coke **temptation** water water water water water water water   Oh yeah I'm goin to began to exercise also.   Wish me well

:eek: :eek: :eek: 1-30-07 9:45am :omg: :eek: :eek: :phanvan :think :nervous :speechles :sick :cry I called UHC to see if a decision has been made for surgery spoke with William and he said they have not made a decision the case went from the care coordinators to the nurse on 1-28-07 and she will make a decision with in a day or 2….He turned around and said I could call back at the end of the day after lunch and find out:confused: :confused: :confused: :eek: .   My stomach is so uneasy, I'm very nervous just waiting for the approval. What is a chick to do???   I will keep you guys updated.........tick tick tick tick 11:47am My buddy just got approved.....I'm still waiting...

Lost pounds come back till Friday!!

Good Morning WORLD!!!   I lost 2 1/2 pounds?????:scared: My 1st consult is Friday!! My BMI has to be 40 or above only think I remember doing is drinking loads of water and not eating to late!!!! well its still early I'll get back with you all LATA!:paranoid
