What the HECK!!!! I gave my info.

1-19-07 4:35pm Gave Scott all my new member information from my new card he looked at my chart and said that he would call in the notification requirement to the insurance company. He’s letting them know that I’m ready for surgery he is also going to send in the pre determination letter and clinical information when it is requested. He said I might find out before him if I got approved or not!!! Now im waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From what i understand the approval is good for a year By the time i get the surgery I will have my mind made up for sure!!! love ya Teresita and Btsoph (?)

Waiting Waiting Waiting for Approval

Not sure whats suppose to come first the approval or the pre test for the surgery?:rolleyes   Im not as jittery as I was before, My managers know about what I want to do they are supportive! My mom does not want me to have the surgery! My sister is like go for it!   My kids love the way mommy's stomach feels like a soft pillow my son likes to poke at it and watch it jiggle!:tired   Im not ready for pre op diet trying to get my head around not eating as much as a pregnant person!!!:bathbaby:   I want to be comfortable I want to be healthy I want support I want to live as long as I can for my kids and their future!!!

Vita Splash Drink Mix

Just wanted to let my family know that there is a AWESOME drink out made by Vita Splash its's in a purple and silver box a little larger than the Crystal Light box. The flavor is Raspberry Lemonade made it 5grams of Fiber Infusion for optimal body fuction, and yes it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You just pour it in a bottle of water and shake and drink....It's surgar free not sure about the calories   Some of my church family is noticing my weightloss and that made me free good. I only told 2 people at the church and made them swear not to tell anyone there. So I feel pretty good about that!   I love my "simply beautiful" band! update on weight loss

I'VE BEEN EXTRA AGGRAVATED FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS NOT SURE WHY BUT I HAVE....:scared:   I WENT TO SEE MY GYNO FOR REGULAR CHECK UP!! SHE DIDNT KNOW WHO I WAS!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I GOT ON THE SCALE AND IT READ 245......   MY TOTAL LOSS IS 29 POUNDS IN 2 1/2 MONTHS!!!!   I'M VERY PROUD OF ME!!   HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE AND I WILL SEE YOU GUYS SOON!!!

I started with Praise and Worship all by myself!:clap2:   Of course work was so busy But I got caught up.:faint:   I had lunch with my new sista TammyJ hey girl!!!   breakfast-bottled water   lunch-soup :huytsao   snack-jello/water with Crystal Light   dinner-MORE SOUP with a mushy cracker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:hungry:   exercise:20 mins of very fast walking:nervous   love you all thank you JESUS for YOUR everlasting LOVE for me!!!

THE SCALE WAS WRONG!!!!!!

OK SO MY AUNT LOU'S SCALE WAS WAY OFF   MY CURRENT WEIGHT PER YESTERDAY IS 260   WHICH MEANS I'VE LOST 14 POUNDS SINCE THE SURGERY......   KIND OF DISAPPOINTED BUT HEY THAT'S 14 THAT WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!   MY WOUNDS ARE FINE I GO BACK ON THE 14TH OF APRIL OF MY NUTRITION CLASS   THEN I GO BACK ON 16TH OF APRIL FOR MY FIRST FILL I'M EXCITED ABOUT THAT!!!!!!!!

Texas weather sucks!!

My son's asthma started acting up again on Monday he has asthma attack on Tuesday! 160.00 on med's Texas Weather is trying to smother my baby.   The soldier that I adopted early this year made it home SAFE and SOUND *well I hope so*   He and his family are staying here at the hotel for the week his baby is so beautiful. He said something that struck me he said the people in Iraq dont want us there! and that he was told that they would be better off if the soliders left! WOW I didn't know what to say after that I'm happy he dosent have to go back.   He said that they lost over 100 soilders last month   I'm to scared to get on the scale to see if I have lost any weight so afraid the scale wont move down!!!! well enough for now

TAE-BO KICKED MY BOOTY!!

9:17AM I FINALLY STARTED MY EXERCISE ROUTINE! I DID 45MINS OF CARDIO!!!! TAE-BO!!!!!:scared:   BILLY BLANKS WHIPPED MY TAIL :angry PUNCHING BAGS, SIDE KICK, SQUATS!!!!!:tired   WHY ME!!!   BUT I FEEL GOOD! I FEEL LIKE IM DOING MORE ON MY PART!! WE THOUGHT WE WOULDNT BE ABLE TO COME BECAUSE IS SING AND TRAVELS WITH ROBERTA FLAK *YES THE ONE AND ONLY**   I GOT A NEW GUCCI PURSE COCO CHANEL SCARF COACH SCARF   HE IS MY HEART HE'S MY DADDY ALL OVER AGAIN!!!   DINNER 7:00PM WAS 3 SMALL SQAURES OF VEGGIE PIZZA HALF GLASS IF PUNCH THEN 1 BOTTLE OF WATER   SNACK SMALL BOWL OF ROAST AND CARROTS   TODAY11-21-06   BREAKFAST 1st BOTTLE OF WATER **NOT HUNGRY**     SNACK @ 10:00AM 4 PEANUT BUTTER CRACKERS   2ND BOTTLED WATER     LUNCH: grilled chicken breast rice & corn side salad w/sour cream & salsa not thristy   12:52pm on 3rd bottle of water:spit: :spit: :spit:   DINNER SALAD OF SOME KIND   EXCERISE DANCING AT THE NEAREST CLUB UPDATE!!! 3:30PM I JUST TOLD MY MOM ABOUT THE SURGERY!!SHE WAS SUPPORTIVE CAN YOU BELIVE IT!!! Nutrition Class was ok

I was late as ususal they didnt want to let me in at first but I talked my way in. I needed to attend the class in order to get my 1st fill on Monday! I'm so excited about the fill! I have no restriction right now its been 5 weeks since I've been banned! I had lost 15 pounds as of the 22nd of March not sure what my weight is now. Kinda scared to find out, I've been eating like a nut. My water intake as increased and my bread intake has also. I know when I get my fill I will have restriction and I will lose weight! thanks for listening Cameron??? why??

NUTRITION CLASS WAS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT

:eek: :eek: :eek: 1-30-07 9:45am :omg: :eek: :eek: :phanvan :think :nervous :speechles :sick :cry I called UHC to see if a decision has been made for surgery spoke with William and he said they have not made a decision the case went from the care coordinators to the nurse on 1-28-07 and she will make a decision with in a day or 2….He turned around and said I could call back at the end of the day after lunch and find out:confused: :confused: :confused: :eek: .   My stomach is so uneasy, I'm very nervous just waiting for the approval. What is a chick to do???   I will keep you guys updated.........tick tick tick tick 11:47am My buddy just got approved.....I'm still waiting...

This morning from the Area Vice President of the Company Was offered cherry danish with butter, coffee 1 bottled water   lunch ground meat with tomato sauce steamed carrots & broccoli I had a small bowl of soup clam chowder. half cup of orange soda   Was offered 1:45pm APPLE PIE w/ water from my BOSS!!!!!   HELP ME :help: :help: :help: :help: :help:

NO INSURANCE CARD YET!!!

THE ONLY THING HOLDING ME BACK FROM GETTING APPROVAL IS ME SUBMITTED MY INSURANCE CARD INFORMATION!   WE CHANGED CARRIERS WHICH WAS AWESOME AND GOD-SENT:clap2:   UNITED HEALTHCARE!!:kiss2: :kiss2: :kiss2: :kiss2:   ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND STILL NO INSURANCE CARD I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THE ONLY THING THEY COULD DO WAS RESEND ANOTHER SET OF CARDS TO ME. :faint:   IM I BEING TO OVER THE TOP ABOUT THIS?   I JUST WANT TO GET THE BALLING ROLLING AGAIN!!   I NEED SOME ENCOURAGING WORDS!!!:help:

My TICK TICK is back!!!

Yesterday was my church's - Church Anniversary 114 years!!! :clap2: I've only been apart of the church for about 5 years now. In that 5 years I gained a best friend *Pastor's wife Karla M. Thomas* she passed in June of this year at 41 she left behind 4 awesome kids and 1 bad to tha bone grandson.   Her daughter Tick Tick got angry and didnt talk to me for 2 1/2 months :phanvan   But yesterday something happend she hugged me said she was sorry and she thanked me for loving her when she didnt want me to. She 17 years old her mom is gone she is the only girl. I look at her like she is my own, I can't even explain the many emotions that I felt when I held her and she said she loved me. :think     This makes me want to rush this Lap band thing even more I need to have more energy to help her and give her attention and time. :scared:     I guess I said all of this to say LOVE and SHOW LOVE to your loved ones!   If you were to leave this earth today, would you have someone to show love and care for what you have left?   TELL SOMEONE YOU LOVE THEM, DEVELOP A RELATIONSIP WITH YOUR KIDS, TELL THEM YOU LOVE THEM ALTHOUGH they can disobey us we have to embrace them daily!!!   I never thought my bestfriend would have left me with such a task!   But it is well with me KARLA take your rest I LOVE YOU & I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN. :angel: :angel: :angel:   LOVE YA TERESITA AND DOUG-P

My First Goal!!!!

I want/will lost 24 more pounds by June 11th!!!!!   I lost 24 pounds in 7 weeks so I know I can do this.   I have a new support system my EX-HUSABND!!!!!   I'm happy with the goal and very excited to have new support!   If I lost 24 more pounds that will put my total loss to 48POUNDS!   I think it is a reasonable goal!   I wish the best to all!!!!
