New Day

I feel great right now. I needed that time with friends this weekend. It was a beautiful day, all the way around. I feel peaceful today.

Ok this is Bull....yeah I weighed in......with a 5 pound gain. Life goes on, I wanted to cry but not as bad as once I weighed in and was in total shock that I had gained. Anyhow, I almost left before my friends got there but once they were there I stayed. It wasn't as bad as I thought. Today is a new day. I have goals and I will do what I have to do.   I stopped walking during the weekdays and did not really replace it with anything. After work yesterday I went home and did the Walk Away the Pounds 3 mile tape. I was happy once it was over and a sense of accomplishment and I can do this since it is hot outside.   I will do the tape everyday after work. There are my 3 miles again. I will continue to walk early on Saturday and Sunday.:scared:

I miss being to read and respond the to journals. Keep pressing forward guys. You ard doing a great job not smoking, eating right, and don't forget to Live Life Now. That is my motto for this year.

I'm happy to say I did a 2 mile walk yesterday morning. Around 2:30 I went to the community pool for about 1 1/2 hours. I had a ball even though my daughter just stood in the pool. She had fun also. I kept my feet off the floor majority of the time just working my arms and legs the whole time.   I will be walking Saturday and Sunday!!!!

Journal, talk with like minded people, go to TTC, committment It is weigh in day and I am excited......I don't know why. Although I have been exercising I think I have been eating too much. Anyhow, I will get on the scale and move forward from there.   What am I going to do with my time from when I get home till I go to TOPS.

Sugar Free

Sugar free has been my middle name lately. Pudding, jello and crystal light have been in the fridge and on my lips all weekend. I will continue to make this a wonderful habit.   I am excited about getting to 375 and 350. I turn 40 next July and I am ready. I pray that I get there healthy. I can see my body changing and I am excited.
