Had the echo, woohoo. Wait for results.   Thursday breakfast oatmeal that would not go down, then trail mis lunch chips and oreos lunch dinner hershey bar,taco bell mexi melt, inside of chrunch wrap   Friday breakfast rest of hershey bar, orange juice (sugar high I can type faster) lunch can soup, salad ( lettuce and cheese)   Can someone say period.

Friday gym am and noon   Saturday 3.2 mile walk gym   Sunday 3.2 mile walk   Monday Gym this morning and hopefully at noon and after work.   I am bike on the horsey now. Giddey UP!!!!! I can't wait for weigh in tomorrow. It has been 3 weeks since last weigh in.

I did bake a chicken, cooked the greens and yesterday made the meatloaf. The beans were so good that there are only a little bit left. I feel ok about the cooking because it was healthy. I didn't and don't have to go get fast food. The beans were soooo good I am ready to fix another pot of them. I think I will. Can someone say Beano! I will find out tomorrow what the scale says.

60 miles this month 11 pounds

Hello

Had a pain in the right side of my chest yesterday from about 3:30-7:00. Then it just felt like pull twinge. It did scare me and was concerned I would have to go to the ER. I layed in bed for an hour or so. I can't find my blood pressure monitor I recently bought. Once the pain went away I started feeling like myself and going up and down the stairs, cleaning up and getting ready for today.   Last night I didn't think I would be able to go to work today but I felt fine when I got up and here I am. I do have an appointment for an echo today. I will call and make another appt with my primary doctor so I can get some blood work done. Ok Done appt for Monday.   I have lovely restriction this morning. I took my meds around 7 and spit for about 15 minutes. Now I have hot oatmeal and that is not going down. I will stop eating now. I have grape juice after the sliming stops and my band opens a little. Also, have trail mix.   Yesterday, I was a slow eating pig. 4 nuggets, 1/2 double cheeseburger 1 bun, insides of a meat burrito. Dinner was greens, bite of baked chicken, scalloped potatoes (which go down very well).

More walking needed to end the month

Help me only 35 miles this month.....that is not acceptable.......   50 35 15 miles needed in 4 days ...... 5 miles a day   Friday 1 tape 4pm 1tape 5pm 1 tape 6pm Saturday 3 HP 1 track Sunday 3 HP 1 track Monday 3 WAP tape   I can get it in....I know I can.....I may do laundry this evening and that is walking back and forth.   WOW I'm gonig to have a nice lost Tuesday.

Good Long Weekend

I kept it moving this weekend, I'm happy to say   Friday Gym Saturday Gm Sunday 3.2 walk (bonus cleaned the house) Monday 6.4 walk and a little more later (bonus washed the truck)   I want to incoporate some home exercise in all this movement. I want to start some sit ups, leg lifts, hand weights and Tae Boe Kicks.   Eating was ok but should have been better.

8.5 miles for June

Saturday- It began raining when I left home, so I went to the track. There were people there so I said if they can do it so will I. I would stop if it rained harder but the rain and cool breeze felt so refreshing. I kept walking. I did 3.5 miles and wanted to do more. Some folks left the track but more came. I like that... I have not been walking due to the heat (excuse) but my body responded well to the rest. Later that day I walked again with Crystalstart 2 miles at Tucker Rd Path.   Sunday- 3 mile walk at HP w/Crystalstar I felt great, we took a break by the water and it was just an awesomely, beautiful day. I felt so good that near the end I would job a tiny bit. I felt good to have the extra energy at the end. WOW I hope next weekend is as beautiful and cool.

I am happy about how far I have come and my work this weekend but I am not doing all that I can. Walked 3 miles Saturday and Sunday and lots of shopping walking on Saturday. I wanted to do more but did not have any one to push me. I have to figure out what to do today about that.   385

Thank you ladies for the kick in the caboos. I miss you guys Ali and Oatmeal girl. LOL I will get back to walking tomorrow I'm off from work and hopefully I will find someone to go with me but if not it is ok.   It is getting on my nerves that it gets dark so early. I feel like I am suppose to be in the house getting ready for bed.

Help

Somebody stick a needle in my side...quick. I need a fill, yesterday. Ok I have enjoyed all the junk I wanted hummm:rolleyes: , well I didn't get that steak and cheese yet. I still have time, I'll do that this weekend.:eek: Oh uh yeah, I uhhhh need that fill. yep   I have to say I am feeling pretty good. I got my eyebrows done yesterday and needed to go to a store just a few stores away and I walked. In the past, I would jump in the car with no hesitation. I am truly pleased with getting the band and becoming more active.   Tonight is weigh in and I am excited, pray for me. I would love to see that 5 pounds gone but I just don't know. I keep saying it but when I get my scale oh my goodness, I just may have to bring it to work with me. I am below 400 pounds.   459-393-388-375 Was- was 2 weeks ago-gonna be this week, if not lower -and goal for Auugust   I'm at 21 miles for the month of July and that feels great.
