Cleaning is Exercise ...Right!

I was drained when I got home yesterday. I said ok I will just sit for a little while. I got up to start cooking, almost finished I laid down for a few minutes. I got up ate, kept thinking about exercise, didn't do it. Then I decided the place was a mess. So I made the child do the dishes and vacuum. LOL I mopped the kitchen floor, the bathroom sink, the tub. Put away all the clothes in the living room. We take off our clothes in the living room evidently...LOL OK cleaned my placed.   2 minute walk/jogs in place hourly today 9:25 10:40 12:15 12:30 I'm gonna have a mile before I leave here today. 2:15 1 mile so far (wow jogging is good) 2:55

2 pound gain

Weekend

I feel better now that I put down all the food on paper. I did not walk Friday evening. I got up early to pick up a friend from the airport and of course the flight was late and all I could think about was I'm not walking.....So I went in the terminal and played on the walkway and ran down the escaltor and walked really fast. I did about 1/2 mile in the terminal. I could see myself going to the airport to walk, it was fun. I was all nice and cool in there.   Sunday morning I was ready to go walking. Went to HP did 3 miles at 7:03 and I finished at exactly at 8:03. I can do it in about 5 minutes less then an hour but I normally take 1 whole hour but never more. It was getting hot out by time I was almost finished. I was thanking God for that early morning overcast and fog so the sun was not burning through but then it came out and began to beem for the rest of the day. LOL I went to the track when I left HP but I had to go to the bathroom so I did 1/2 mile. So I got in 3.5 miles. Only 11.5 to go. LOL       Saturday 3 bites of pasta salad 9:30 6 strawberries pretzle dog, slushy 1pm checkers burger 1 bun 3pm chicken/rice ice cream   Sunday I felt like I was eating allll day, when I look at the whole day it wasn't too terrible. blueberries, strawberries, yogurt 9am italian sausage 10:30am tootsie rols 12 1 bread, 2 cheese, turkey 1:30 grapes, 2 cupcakes 3:30 1/2 burrito 5pm mashed potato bowl KFC 7pm

More walking needed to end the month

Help me only 35 miles this month.....that is not acceptable.......   50 35 15 miles needed in 4 days ...... 5 miles a day   Friday 1 tape 4pm 1tape 5pm 1 tape 6pm Saturday 3 HP 1 track Sunday 3 HP 1 track Monday 3 WAP tape   I can get it in....I know I can.....I may do laundry this evening and that is walking back and forth.   WOW I'm gonig to have a nice lost Tuesday.

Lovely Monday

I don't drink often but I had wine coolers Saturday......I just found how many calories is in them......500.:faint: No wonder they were so good. It's not worth it, I'd rather have a lemonade.   Today is Monday...TTC this evening and I will run in place for 1 minute periodically in the office.

Epiphany of 100 pounds

I just had an epiphany.....I have lost 73 pounds. I need to lose 2 pounds to have 75 pounds gone forever. This is 25 pounds away from 100 pounds gone. :faint:   -.73 -..2 =75 +25 100   I need to lose 27 pounds to have lost 100 pounds. I will then weigh 359... I did not realize how close I was. I am a tiny bit down because of life stresses. The decisions, bills, work, children,food. This too shall pass but right now I want some major food to eat right now.   I didn't eat, I got a slimfast....yeahhhhhh me. Food is not going to make the situation better.

I did it!

Monday July 17

I feel good dananana na like I knew that I would dananana na ......I feel nice dananana na....   I enjoyed my weekend.....and I will stop there.....no I won't.   27 miles of walking to date and it is only the 17th. I have got to commit to do the WAP tape more often and not just walk on the weekend. I walked Sat and Sun 6 miles, walked/danced in the house periodically, went to the pool Sunday and did 40 min of movement. I should have went to the pool on Saturday because it was killer hot.   60 miles May 25 miles June 50 miles July is my goal, I will reach and surpass it.:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:   It is suppose to be hot all this week so I will make sure I go to the pool 1 or 2 times.   Hello can we say nsv. I tried on 2 skirts that were a size 1x and 3x and they both fit. LOL I bought them and will be wearing them weekly. LOL   This morning I looked at the 1x and said is the really the skirt you tried on in the store and I put it on and I said yepppp. ha ha ha ha

:biggrin1: Did I say I'm happy....I am waiting for a pork chop to go down but I am happy. My restriction may not be what it use to be but it let's me know it is still there. My silly butt tried to eat a wendys burger with one bun, uhhhh that didn't work. I give up, where is the soup, salad and ground turkey?   I have not exercised since Monday, that is not good. I have no excuse not to walk this evening sooooooo I will and of course Sat and Sun morning.:eek:   Ok lunch was a lean cuisine and that restriciton is still there, just when I thought it was gone.

I love you guys for the motivation and encouraging words.   I did not work out last night and I was eating on stuff all night. Boy was I stuffed. I will not be doing that today. What I did do was walk around the grocery store. I'm Happy

I am now at 390. I lost 3 pounds last night. YEAHHHH ME!!! I want to see that 388 again. I WILL SEE IT NEXT WEEK!!! I know what to do and I am going to do it.   390 388 2 pounds I can do that and I will   Wed WAP/dancing 3 miles (hot out already) Thurs WAP/dancing 3miles Fri walk away the pounds (WAP tape) 2miles Sat 3 miles HP and pool at noon Sun 3 miles HP and pool at noon   I have a goal and I am going to make it.   390-388-385-380-375   I have walked 106 miles since May. That is what I call walking away the pounds. 66 pounds gone!!!! :Banane20: :clap: :eek: :success1:

Help

Somebody stick a needle in my side...quick. I need a fill, yesterday. Ok I have enjoyed all the junk I wanted hummm:rolleyes: , well I didn't get that steak and cheese yet. I still have time, I'll do that this weekend.:eek: Oh uh yeah, I uhhhh need that fill. yep   I have to say I am feeling pretty good. I got my eyebrows done yesterday and needed to go to a store just a few stores away and I walked. In the past, I would jump in the car with no hesitation. I am truly pleased with getting the band and becoming more active.   Tonight is weigh in and I am excited, pray for me. I would love to see that 5 pounds gone but I just don't know. I keep saying it but when I get my scale oh my goodness, I just may have to bring it to work with me. I am below 400 pounds.   459-393-388-375 Was- was 2 weeks ago-gonna be this week, if not lower -and goal for Auugust   I'm at 21 miles for the month of July and that feels great.

New Day

I am happy with my exercise this weekend. Friday night we went downtown and walked but it was dark and did not stay long. LOL I don't know how the tourist do it. I walked bright and early Saturday morning at HP and came home picked up my child and went over to the track and did 1 mile there. Sunday I got up early again and was at the park by 6:15.....walking.....came home and did the laundry. I got my 10,000 steps both Sat and Sun.   I don't know what I am going to do this evening but the exercise thing is addictive.:eek: Ha Ha 20 miles so far this month and today is the 10th. yesssss I will pass that sad 25 miles for the month of June today.   I have Take The Challenge tonight and weigh in tomorrow. :clap2: :clap2:

I am in such a good mood today, right now. LOL I got excited in the MD Forum writing about my walking and that the weekend is here and that I WILL BE WALKING THIS WEEKEND.....!!!!!   My daughter put in the WAP tape and I put on the radio and we walked and danced for 45 minutes. We did almost 3 miles according to the tape but 3 according to my pedometer. LOL I was having a ball and my daughter was laughing at me while she was walking. I was wet and my hair was soaked when I got through. It felt so good just to be working out. It was gorgeous outside yesterday and I should have gone to the park but I did not so this was better then nothing.   Fri (I don't know yet, walk somewhere) Sat Walk - C&L- RT Sun Walk Mon TTC Tues Weigh in (I'm excited, I need to know, I can't wait to get my scale)

I can't wait to get my own scale.
