Stress

I took off yesterday to get somethings done. I am stressed!! Washed clothes, cleaned up a tiny bit, went to cleaners twice in the morning, picked up kids, took them to Duke Ellington for tests, realized they get out of school in a matter of DAYS!!!! Traffic was tighter then expected getting there, visited friend in hospital, very pesimistic person, picked up kids, they came out late, hot out, traffic was silly going home, going over everything I need to do for DC prom thingy. Go back to cleaners and pick up clothes, beauty supply store spend more then wanted to. Ended up showering and blow drying DC hair, went to sleep after ironing blouse while watching made. he he he   This morning stressing about all that I still need to do before prom tonight necklace, nails, hair, wash car, her girlfriends hair, purse and who knows what else :faint:   How personal can I get on this thing......have you ever gased and it felt really good to have it out but it stinks...:eek:   I have gone to several threads/forums this morning and I can't even gocus to get my thoughts together.

I can't wait to get my own scale. Rollercoaster

I'm tired of this ride, I wanna get off for minute. dam *shuts the door, as I get off*......walking away......sitting on the bench.......looking around.....really quiet.....beautiful.......too quiet.....huuuuuuuu......get up.....walk back to ride......"I guess I'll get back on now, everyone else is still on it"   My emotions, hormones, whatever they are suck.   Hey, I am back in the saddle again. I walked 4 miles Saturday and then helped my neighbor move, then I took a 1 hour nap. LOL Sunday I walked 3 miles then I ate ice cream....hummmm:tired Oh well it sounds like an hourly 2 minute session coming on. I need a name for that.   Hourly 2 minute work out Hourly 2 minute mini Hourly mini workout Hourly metabolism booster (that sounds like a shot)   oh well I'll be back I'm going to do some sit ups.   100 sit ups 7:30 25 inner leg lifts each 25 push ups Woohooo if I would just keep this up daily. I am in such a good mood today, right now. LOL I got excited in the MD Forum writing about my walking and that the weekend is here and that I WILL BE WALKING THIS WEEKEND.....!!!!!   My daughter put in the WAP tape and I put on the radio and we walked and danced for 45 minutes. We did almost 3 miles according to the tape but 3 according to my pedometer. LOL I was having a ball and my daughter was laughing at me while she was walking. I was wet and my hair was soaked when I got through. It felt so good just to be working out. It was gorgeous outside yesterday and I should have gone to the park but I did not so this was better then nothing.   Fri (I don't know yet, walk somewhere) Sat Walk - C&L- RT Sun Walk Mon TTC Tues Weigh in (I'm excited, I need to know, I can't wait to get my scale)

Peek a Boo

It is Wednesday, I'm Ok because I know that I am blessed. I have to find the motivation to keep going and do more and do better. I have to make a phone call or two and I will be fine. Life is short......I want to LIVE IT!!!!   I gained 3 pounds, I'm ok but I don't like it. I will be out of the 380's this month. I will begin 30 minutes a day, everyday.

OK I lied

Today it is 44 days until Spring. I'm not sure what I was smoking when I wrote 31 days but I'm glad to see some extra days to get some more weight off.   I am at 374 when I was at 372 last week. I want to get out of the 370's NOW. I have been playing in the 370's since November. That is unacceptable.   I have to say I got serious again in Decmber about losing weight and I have been pretty consistant with losing. See a gain last week was discouraging and I try not to let it bother me but it does. Oh I like this....

Friday gym am and noon   Saturday 3.2 mile walk gym   Sunday 3.2 mile walk   Monday Gym this morning and hopefully at noon and after work.   I am bike on the horsey now. Giddey UP!!!!! I can't wait for weigh in tomorrow. It has been 3 weeks since last weigh in.

NSV for me

I got my pressure checked yesterday and it was fine. I have saying for months that I was going to get it checked. I will not wait and put it off like that again.   I am not making the best food choices right now but I am conscious of what I am eating.   I did not workout yesterday so I built up a sweat sorting throught clothes. I was able to actually thrown some clothes out, box some up for someone else and hang up so old thing that now fit again. I have on a top today that was once too tight but today it is baggy. I had my ex boyfriend button down shirt in the closet so I tried it on and guess what....it buttoned up and was tight at the bottom button. Woohooooo who would have thought....I'm happy.....this feels good.   I am going to do this, I know I am. I'm not going to waste anymore time of my life being overweight and unhappy.

Not another day but a NEW DAY

Thank you ladies for being here and for the encouragement. I am feeling blessed today. Listening to Yolanda Adams and tyring to work. WOW I am doing my walk/jog in place today to keep the cardio going, keep the metabolism burning.   God is Good all the time....what.....God is Awesome!! No Today is the New Day

I am feeling better today. I spoke to my girlfriend's, who passed suddenly, mom yesterday for the first time sense the funeral. I am so glad I did.   I cooked yesterday and that was nice also, cabbage and wingettes. Ummmm ummmmm   Did I exercise yesterday.....no......just danced a little. Will I exercise today, YES!!!       Later....... I'm having a good day now. God is good all the time.

New Day Friday

Too many people have been talking about bacon. So what do I have this morning. Bacon and scrambled eggs. I have eaten 1 strip and about 2 forks of eggs and I'm almost stuck. I think that's enough until later.   I wish I had put my pedometer on first thing this morning because I was up and down the stairs and running around to fix my breakfast and lunch and get dressed. Whewww

OK Tuesday Weigh in day is always a new day. OK so I didn't gain, Thank God.....but needless to say this is not where I wanted to be today....393. I'm dragging, I don't feel like it....   I will do what I can....   PMS - I really can't deal with other peoples crap right now.:phanvan I can't stand people who break promises....ALL THE DAM TIME!! I need to go to the pool before I come on.   Oh bright note, today is Lamonds birthday.:Banane20: Part of what's bothering me is that I did my bills last night and .......I'v got to pay them by myself. To be married or not to be married is that the question.....NO.....just can't get everything I want RIGHT NOW.   Today is a venting day, pms can be so emotional for me.

New Day

I am happy with my exercise this weekend. Friday night we went downtown and walked but it was dark and did not stay long. LOL I don't know how the tourist do it. I walked bright and early Saturday morning at HP and came home picked up my child and went over to the track and did 1 mile there. Sunday I got up early again and was at the park by 6:15.....walking.....came home and did the laundry. I got my 10,000 steps both Sat and Sun.   I don't know what I am going to do this evening but the exercise thing is addictive.:eek: Ha Ha 20 miles so far this month and today is the 10th. yesssss I will pass that sad 25 miles for the month of June today.   I have Take The Challenge tonight and weigh in tomorrow. :clap2: :clap2:

More walking needed to end the month

Help me only 35 miles this month.....that is not acceptable.......   50 35 15 miles needed in 4 days ...... 5 miles a day   Friday 1 tape 4pm 1tape 5pm 1 tape 6pm Saturday 3 HP 1 track Sunday 3 HP 1 track Monday 3 WAP tape   I can get it in....I know I can.....I may do laundry this evening and that is walking back and forth.   WOW I'm gonig to have a nice lost Tuesday.

MONDAY WOOOHOOO

It's Monday we get to do it all over again. LOL   I went to the gym Friday after work and Saturday. I did not go yesterday or this morning. I plan on going at lunch and after work today.   I did go to a program for Weight for God. I like any type of weight lost support groups. By their scale I have lost a pound this week. LOL I will have to kick some butt today and tomorrow to get my TOPS scale down. I was shooting for 3 pounds this week but if I don't hit 3 I know will fall amoung the stars.   I'm excited about weighing in tomorrow. The only thing is on Weigh in day I start eating everything.   Today I had cheerios and a banana for breakfast. Lunch will be salad and michelina lasagna thingy 260 calories I think. I will have to check.

I am happy to say I went to the gym Saturday and Sunday. I am not happy to say that I ate some serious caloric cookies Sunday but I will not do that again. MOVING FORWARD!!!   I also ran up and down the stairs a few times yesterday.

Monday July 17

I feel good dananana na like I knew that I would dananana na ......I feel nice dananana na....   I enjoyed my weekend.....and I will stop there.....no I won't.   27 miles of walking to date and it is only the 17th. I have got to commit to do the WAP tape more often and not just walk on the weekend. I walked Sat and Sun 6 miles, walked/danced in the house periodically, went to the pool Sunday and did 40 min of movement. I should have went to the pool on Saturday because it was killer hot.   60 miles May 25 miles June 50 miles July is my goal, I will reach and surpass it.:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:   It is suppose to be hot all this week so I will make sure I go to the pool 1 or 2 times.   Hello can we say nsv. I tried on 2 skirts that were a size 1x and 3x and they both fit. LOL I bought them and will be wearing them weekly. LOL   This morning I looked at the 1x and said is the really the skirt you tried on in the store and I put it on and I said yepppp. ha ha ha ha

Monday 5/15

I have to say I am excited about weighing in tomorrow.:whoo:   I'm in the groove of this walking now and it feels good. I really want to add more but once TTC begins I know it will help. I see my body changing a little at a time but I love seeing the numbers coming down on the scale.   459----398---394--- and tomorrow is going to be 390 then 389--385---380---379---375 I just like looking at that number. My birthdayand bandiversary goal 375. At last weight in I was 19 pounds away. :Banane09:Tomorrow should be 15 pounds away. I can do this.   I have 54 days to my bandiversary.   Thank God for all of my support:grouphug:, LBT, MD LB Suuport Group, my child, my friends. They keep me motivated!!!

Saturday morning walk was good. I was fired up because I am not walking through the week. It was warm out but I had to get it done. I walked fast and still 1 hour. I was determined to do more so I went to the track and did 1 mile. I was going to do another but the sun hit me and I said nope that was enough. LOL Sunday was gorgeous, it was 68 but felt like 78. LOL It felt good to walk, I have been going to the park long of enough now that I am a regular. There are just some folks you see every week and you wave, nod or say good morning. It puts that smile on your face and makes you feel good that your are a part of the little people. I am still the biggest one down there but that is ok because I am getting healthier and stronger. I'm excited about the weather changing so I can walk after work again. I need to find a walking buddy. I like walking by myself sometimes but I know that someone else would push me to speed up when I don't want to.   Office walk/jog today 8:05 6min 9:30 11 12:05
