Lost 1 pound

WOOOOHOOOOO I love losing. I will take that 1 pound because I am 13 pounds away from being 100 pounds lighter.   372 today!!!!!

I only had time to do a few minutes on the treadmill this morning. I ran in place in the bathroom and I will get on the treadmill again later.   Weigh in tonight, I'm anxious. I tell everyone else don't stress about the numbers but I want to see big numbers go down also.:faint:

Monday WOOHOOO

I am happy to say I went to the gym Saturday and Sunday. I am not happy to say that I ate some serious caloric cookies Sunday but I will not do that again. MOVING FORWARD!!!   I also ran up and down the stairs a few times yesterday.

Hello

I went to the gym this morning but the big treadmill was not working so I got on the elipt, small treadmill for 5 min and the bike for 5 and did arm weights. I need more cardio this week if I am going to lose 4 pounds. It is going to be cold the weekend so I am not going to the park. I need more cardio!!

3 pounds

I lost 3 pounds WOOOOHOOOOO back to 373 thank God. I want to lose 4 pounds this week to get out of the 370's. I can do it with a lot of exercise. I can do this!!!! I have 14 pounds to lose 100 pounds. I can't wait. My goal is to do this my the end of next month. I can do this!!!   459-376-373-370-365-360-355-350 WOW it is so much closer.   I was so excited I went to 2 run and walk stores to look for some good shoes. I found them at Metro Run and Walk so I will go pick them up today. I also went to the gym this morning. I did 2 min on the elipt, 22 min treadmill and lat pull down machine. I will walk at home for 15 min while Oprah is on and do floor exercise w/my child this evening. Oh yeah run up and down the stairs a few times.

Good Long Weekend

I kept it moving this weekend, I'm happy to say   Friday Gym Saturday Gm Sunday 3.2 walk (bonus cleaned the house) Monday 6.4 walk and a little more later (bonus washed the truck)   I want to incoporate some home exercise in all this movement. I want to start some sit ups, leg lifts, hand weights and Tae Boe Kicks.   Eating was ok but should have been better.

I LOVE IT!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE GYM EVERYDAY!!!!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :faint: I'M GOING WALKING TOMORROW MORNING AND BACK TO THE GYM ALSO!!!! I really need to get an ipod so I can have the music I want.

Weighed and lost

I was 379 and now I am 376 WOOOHOOO I have to admit I was a bit disappointed. I just knew it was going to be down 8 or 9 pounds but I am ok. I am going in the right direction and have a new workout routine. I want to be out of the 370 by the end of this month and it is doable. I am going to stay positive and focused. :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:   Thanks guys for all of your support.

Weigh In Day

Angelburch you are too funny but yes I am a morning person. I wish I could stay in the bed until 9am but I think it is just a waste of time. My body wants to get up so I am glad that I am motivated to do something now when I get up. I was getting up at 5:30 now I get up at 5am.   I was in the gym at 5:50 this morning and did 1 minute and a half on the eliptical. I increased my time by 1/2 minute LOL. I did 15 min on the treadmil and did 2 arm machines and 1 leg. When I got home yesterday I walked in place watching Oprah for 15 minutes and ran up and down the stairs about 12 times total for the evening last night.   I think I will go back to the gym and get on the treadmill or ride the bike for 15 minutes at lunch. I love the pull down machine. I saw results from the machine before and it really gets rid of the rolls.   I weight in tonight and I am really excited. My last weight in was 379 on 12/19.

Friday gym am and noon   Saturday 3.2 mile walk gym   Sunday 3.2 mile walk   Monday Gym this morning and hopefully at noon and after work.   I am bike on the horsey now. Giddey UP!!!!! I can't wait for weigh in tomorrow. It has been 3 weeks since last weigh in.

First day at the gym. WOOHOO I'm so happy. I didn't do much but it was a start. Elliptical for a minute, treadmill for 1/2 mile, lap pull down machine and quad lift machine. I hope to go back at lunch time.

Thank you guys for all that love. I really needed that. I hope the weather is nice this weekend because you guys are inspiring me to go for 6 miles again Sat and Sunday.   I won't be around as much. Walked

I am so thrilled with myself that I walked 6.4 miles Saturday. The day was just perfect weather for walking. Not cold and not to warm, just right. That was 2 times around the infamous HP. I am so happy that I did it. I have been afraid to do it thinking that I couldn't. I am so pleased and it really helps to know that I can do it without dropping dead or stopping. I hold myself back mentally so much. I want to push through all these personal holds. I have to. I have goals. I have to lose weight to live the life that I want.   I will be 40 in 7 months. That is suppose to be the best birthday. I want to be happy and have a great birthday. 459 379 (80 pounds gone, 20 pounds away from 100) 359 -350 -340-330-320-310-300

Awwwww Owwwww

I was all in a good mood. I just realized I gained a pound last night. Whatever, I'll just say mother nature did it.   God is Good....what!.....I said GOD IS GOOD.....Can I get an ALL THE TIME!!!   HAHAHAH I'm in a good mood right now. Knowing that you are not alone, knowing that you are not the only one going through some rough times is comforting. Tomorrow is not promised so I might as well be me and keep smile through it all. Because guess what....God Is Good All the Time..YES   Counting your blessings can do amazing things   Thank you Lord for waking me up this morning giving me choices allowing me to have a job a car a warm home friends and support Thank you Lord for my dear child, Lord stay with her, keep her near you. I know it wasn't the best food but it could have been worst.   Today Breakfast:oatmeal 200 Snack:Pasta salad 1/2 cup Lunch: 1/4 sausage Dinner: 4 wendy nuggets, 1/2 jerrys steak and cheese 4 oatmeal cookies w/icing   Wed Breakfast: those home made choc chip cookies again and V8 140 Snack: small bag chips 150 Lunch string beans candy 170 Dinner:2 cheese toast w/ 4 pepperoni, 1/4 kielbossa, little bit of general tso chicken, home made truffles
