Had my 20th fill, and I feel a lot more restriciton so I'm pretty happy with it. I've been exercising, but the last few weeks, eating has been bad! So, back on track now and have rid my house of all the bad chocolates my clients have sent me!

upper body workout and cardio
I did not get up this am, however, I do have plans to exercise. I just had a rough night last night and woke up with a headache. So, I've decided to exercise today during my lunch hour. I brought my stuff to work, so there will be no excuses. Tomorrow, I will resume my 5 am routine!

Well, its been 1 year (1/18/08 made a year) since my surgery. The first 6 months were wonderful, the 2nd 6 months sucked. I am not blaming the band, I'm blaming myself. I quit trying, the good news, I will never weigh over 200 lbs again. I know my band will keep me around the 170's if I just eat like I want. However, I don't want to weigh in the 170's, I am ready to get down to the 150's or 140's. So, I'm refocussed and recommitted. 2008 I will lose this weight!

I'm now focussing on what I can accomplish durring my 2nd month with the band. I am focussing more on EXERCISE and not weight loss durring this month. So, with that said, I am staying off the scales! The scales are a serious weakness for me, But I'm trying to get my mind right and just stay off of them for awhile. What I really want to focuss on is exercise.
I was to get up this AM to exercise, however, I forgor that my daughter has flute lessons tonight, and so on Mondays, I'll be exercising in the evening time. That way I can drop her off at flute lessons, go exercise, then come back to get her, it works out better.

Workout - 30 min on Treadmill, at 2.9 mph, 2.5% incline, 1.43 miles.
