Scale is moving

Weighed in this morning, TOM is finally starting to leave, so the scales are FINALLY starting to go down again. Weighed this morning at 227.8.   I am really hoping to get to 215 by my surgery date, but thats just a little over a month away, so not sure if I will or not. I'll be happy if I get down to 220 by surgery date.   I'm about to start my countdown to surgery. I'm really getting excited and I keep fantasizing about how I will look at 140 lbs. I can't wait!

Wednesday, May 30th

Still going strong on my BFL challenge and I haven't missed a exercise session yet!   Wt this morning - 183.8 - Scales are moving sooooo slow lately, no weight loss since the 18th. But I can tell I'm smaller. My 14's are getting big, so I will be in a 12 very soon!   I'm not too worried about the scales right now, I know eventually it will fall off.   I need a fill - badly. I went on Friday to get one, but there was a mix up and I didn't get it. Evidently, they are supposed to have a pre authorization from my insurance company, and the lady who scheduled my fill failed to do that. So, after waiting an hour, the doc came out and told me they are still waiting on insurance to get back with them. So I ended up leaving with no fill. Here it is Wednesday and I still have not got the approval. Nor has the doc office called me back, very irritating, I want my fill damn it!   I'm headed to Nashville on Friday, and I was hoping to have my fill before I leave (it will help me keep in control while there). But I don't think it is going to happen. Hopefully I can get it next week.   Exercise - on Monday, I did my LBWO again, those lunges really do hurt! I also added 45 min on the treadmill later that night.   Tuesday - I did my 20 min of HIIT - I was extremely tired and just managed to do what I was supposed to do, I didn't add anything extra.   Wednesday (today). I haven't exercised yet, but I will this afternoon, today is my UBWO. I plan on doing that and addid 30 to 45 min of treadmill in as well.   Well, I'm off to a company picnic and a baseball game today, they are having hot dogs and hamburgers - I guess I could eat the meat only? I wish they would have some grilled chicken or something. Oh well, I will make due.

I think I'm finally curred. I figured out, don't eat past 7pm and I'll be okay as far as my reflux goes. YAY.   I am so excited, I really have finally hit the sweet spot. I have to eat slower now, and I have to sip on my water! I feel my band working!   Now, that I finally have hit the "sweet" spot, it is time to get back to exercise. I have really just blown it off for several weeks now and I need to get back to it. Its time to kick some butt and get to my goal!   wt - 175.9

12/19/08 report

Yesterday I ate too much, too much sweets around the office. A girl made this delicious pumpkin cake for me. And guess what, I ate some. grrrrrr.   I am back on track today. I had my weight control oat meal for bfast and having some turkey for lunch. ONe thing I have learned from the band is, just because you blow it one meal, or even one day, doesn't mean its over. Just get back on track, the band will help you get back on track too.   I did go to the gym last night, I had a really hard 1 hour workout. Pre-band, I would have said "I already blew it today, why work out?". But the new me knows that working out is the key to succeeding with the battle of the buldge.   I didn't step on the scale this morning, and probably won't until Monday.   My goal for the weekend is eat clean and exercise!

Me time......9/6/09

My entire house is empty, hubby and son are on a "guys" trip, hunting and camping. My Daughter went to spend the night with her best friend, so I have the entire house to myself. Even our dog is gone, lol. He went hunting with the guys (he's a pointer)   I LOVE IT! I don't get it often, but when I do get it (on a very rare occasion), I sure do enjoy it. One of my big regrets in life is I never lived on my own. I went from my parents house, to college dorm, to getting married. Oh well, it makes me appreciate my alone time.   I made a wonderful salad for dinner 4 oz turkey breast fillet - baked 1 cup of organic salad greens 3 home grown cherry tomatoes 1/2 michigan apple, peels and sliced 2 baby carrots 1 TBSP of lite honey mustard   Mix all ingrediants and enjoy....it sure was good and satisfying.   Wt this morning - 166.4   Exercise - 30 min on elliptical house cleaning, laundry, etc etc etc. The back of my legs are hurting.

Reminders for me to remenber - Rules of the Road

What you need to know about living with the band By Robin McCoy When you begin the decision-making process to have Weight Loss Surgery (WLS), and specifically Lap Band® Surgery, it is vital that you fully understand the changes you must make in your lifestyle. WLS is not a magic pill. Weight loss is something that you must work at to be successful. There are several rules and circumstances that someone who has undergone Lap Band® Surgery, a “Bandster,” must follow and understand to see success and have a high quality banded life. Drinking Before and After Meals Not drinking during meals is, by far, one of the most important things to learn and is vital to your weight loss success. It is also one of the most challenging. Stop drinking all liquids at least 30 minutes before your meal. This allows all that is in your pouch to drain through to the lower stomach. Therefore your pouch is empty when you eat allowing the food to fill you up properly. Forgo all beverages during your meals. Drinking during a meal flushes the food through your band and the band is unable to function properly. Most people will have 2, 3 or even 4 glasses of liquid with meals. Servers in restaurants, trained to keep customers happy, will keep beverage glasses full throughout the meal. This is unhealthy for bandsters and sabotages their success. State firmly and clearly that you do not want a beverage. From personal experience, I know the often bewildered looks that follow the statement: “nothing to drink for me,” but diligence is the key. Like most changes required after the Lap Band® procedure, not drinking with meals gets much easier with time. Having now lost over 100 pounds, I no longer have difficulty asking my server not to bring me a beverage! Do not drink for an hour after a meal. The main reason is the same as drinking during your meal. Liquids wash the food through the band defeating its purpose. Another reason not to drink after a meal is if your pouch is full the beverage might not have anywhere to go…except backwards resulting in a spit-up. Suffice it to say that food and liquids making a return visit is not satisfying. By starting this practice immediately, at the next meal, you will be well on your way to a successful banding experience. Smaller Bites. More Chewing. Slower Eating. Begin to recognize and understand what a Bandster Bite is. At your next meal look at your bite size. Look at the amount of food on your fork and remember it. Now, cut that bite in half. This is the Bandster bite size after surgery. Now, cut that bite in half. This is the size of a Bandster bite after the first fill or adjustment. After each fill the bite size will get smaller until the bandster is eating toddler-sized bites. The reason for this is so the bite can be chewed completely to a liquid before swallowing.

Oh yeah, life is good!

Melting away this week, but I'm not complaining. I love being in the 160's. Today I hit an all time low, or the lowest I have been in 18 years! I weighed in at 167.7 - I love it!   My last fill is really working, I'm satisfied on a small amount of food, but yet I can eat anything and don't have problems with PBing. I think this is the "sweet spot", the only thing I kinda have problems with is ice cold drinks, I have to slow down on those.   Yes, Life is good in the band world right now.

Breakfast - 6 oz of light apple juice with Daily 5 mixed in   Lunch - Pasta salad, about 1/2 cup with 1 chicken tender added in   Dinner - 3/4 cup of chili, no beans, and a few fritos and cheese   Snack - No snacking   Exercise - Afternoon exercise - 30.09 min on treadmill, 4% incline, 245 calories, 1.59 distance, 3.2 mph.   Supplements - Daily 5, Multi-Vitamin, B-12, 2 thermo dynamx   Notes - Feeling good these days - need to work on my carbs and upping my protein and increasing my intensity of workout. I am going to start the body for life program, I was planning on starting it 4/30/07, however, think I'm going to start it 4/23/07. This will be right after my 3 month bandanniversary, and I can take my measurements and pictures and use those as my before pics/measurements.

Rules of the Road pt 2

The next point is chewing. It is very important that food is completely chewed. Before swallowing ensure the food is a liquid. As the weight loss progresses the opening from the pouch to the lower stomach will be getting smaller. Therefore the food needs to be chewed more thoroughly. If a piece of food is too big to go through the stoma, or opening, it will get "stuck". This can be very painful. Slower eating becomes inevitable. Eating too fast encourages bigger bites. The bigger bite means the food isn’t chewed properly and it can get stuck. As a Bandster with over 18 months in, I still find myself falling into this trap. I get excited, chatting with friends and just forget to pay attention. A Bandster’s Eating Order Lap Band patients have a specific order in which to eat their food. It is important that there is enough protein in the diet to keep the bodies moving properly. Therefore, the protein should be eaten first. WLS patients need 40-60 grams of protein every day. This can come in a variety of ways. Protein shakes, cheese, fish, beef, chicken, soy. The challenge comes when only certain foods can be tolerated. Also, it is important that the protein is a “hard” protein (chicken, beef, and fish) if possible. It shouldn’t all come from protein shakes and cheese. The vegetables should be eaten second, and carbohydrates/starches last (if there is room). Proteins last longer in the pouch and take longer to process through the band allowing you to feel full sooner and maintain satiety longer. Hard proteins are the most difficult for a Bandster to consume. The hard proteins need to be more moist, more tender and chewed more completely than any other type of food. Generally speaking, proteins are the foods that get “stuck” most often and cause spit ups. This happens because the bite isn’t small enough and/or, because the protein hasn’t been chewed sufficiently before swallowing. For the record, beef is generally the most difficult food for Bandsters to eat. Beef is one of the most difficult foods for humans to digest. It can take several days for a piece of steak to actually work its way through the digestive track. And that’s on an un-banded person! So, if you eat a piece of steak and it isn’t chewed it up completely, it can sit in the pouch for an extended amount of time. Further, the stomach acids that help an un-banded person process beef are not present in the pouch and therefore are not there to help the body break the beef down. Remember each and every person is different so you will have to test your own waters. Some Bandsters have no trouble with beef whatsoever; others won’t go near it. From personal experience I know that each Bandster will figure out what he or she can or cannot tolerate through trial and error. Trust me when I say that tolerances change; one day ground beef is fine and the next you realize it isn’t any longer. You must be willing and able to adapt to sudden changes in your body’s ability to process certain foods.

8/12/08

Well, everything is going along. Weight is just staying on, but I'm losing a little here and there.   I've been making it to the gym, last night I was so tired and almost blew it off, but I knew I needed to go. I didn't do my strength training, however, I did do over 30 min on the elliptical and burned about 325 calories. So, I was happy that I went.   My fill #11 is still going pretty good. I think I might need to be just a tad tighter but I'm afraid to go back. I fear that I will get too tight, or he'll take too much out of the fill and not fill me back up right? My band is so tricky, just a tad makes a huge difference. I'm debating on rather to just stay like I am. I am scheduled to go again in September, I believe its the 17th. However, I might just cancel it. I will wait and see how I am when the time runs around.   My eating has been going pretty good. Last night I did eat a very small peice of cheesecake my daughter made, but it was small and I was full after I ate it and didn't eat dinner.   Menu today 1/2 cup cereal with strawberries and skim milk   lunch chicken breast (3 oz) and pinapple   snack cottage cheese   dinner fish/salad   wt. 181.5:unsure:

Had a pretty good day today, started off eating a little bad, but then I snapped out of it and ate my protein.   Went to the gym and had a GREAT workout. I ended up doing the elliptical machine yesterday for a solid hour and burned over 500 calories.   Today, I even did better, started off with 30 min on the elliptical machine, switched to weight training and worked my lower part of my body. Ended up lift weights for about 45 min, then jumped back on the elliptical machine and did another 30 min. I figured I burned about 700 or more calories, over 500 alone on the elliptcial machine. Yay me!   Came home, grilled my some Salmon on my George Foreman grill, steamed some brocoli, and had a great dinner.   Got hungry again, so I ate 3 oz of chicken, it did the trick!   I know I am not tight enough, but I can deal with this restriciton, at least I have some. I am going to see my surgeon in January, but I might schedule one more fill before then.   Okay, off to bed - - - planning on hitting the gym again tomorrow! I can tell I will be sore tomorrow, my rear end is already hurting (worked my hamstrings)   Wt - 171.5   Exercise - 2 hours at the gym   Menu   Bfast piece of cheesecake   Lunch turkey breast green beans   Dinner grilled salmon steamed broccoli   Snack 3 oz of chicken breast

Good bye - this time its FOREVER! 4/23/08

Good bye to the 180's, and this time, it is forever! You are not coming back into my life EVER again! I weighed this morning and dropped out of the 180's and into the 170's. I've been here before, and gained back up to the 180's but this time, never again!   It felt soooo good to see the 179 this morning, I'm so happy to be back into the 170's. I'm hoping to get back into the 160's soon! Exercise my friends is the key! I'm convinced more than ever.   Speaking of exercise, I had a great workout last night. I was sweaten' like a whore in church on Sunday morning! It felt so good to sweat and I felt like I really was buring the calories.   Menu today -   Bfast - protein shake, made with skim milk, 1 scoop of vanila whey protein powder, 2 strawberries and 1/3 of a banana and some raw oatmeal. YUM.   Lunch - going out for lunch today with some friends, so not sure but I like the scale moving down, so you can bet it will be healthy!   Dinner -   Exercise

Breakfast - light apple juice with Daily 5 mixed in   Lunch - Cottage cheese/sf yogurt/ granola mixed in   Dinner - chili   Snack - Bad me, I know TOM is getting close, had a few girl scout cookies, DAMN those girl scouts. lol   Exercise - PM exercise - 33 min on treadmill, 2% incline, 3.2 mph, 213 calories, 1.70 distance   Suppliments - am 2 thermo dynamx, Daily 5, Multi vitamin, B-12, afternoon 2 more thermo dynamx with lunch   Notes - wt 196.4 - I must get away from the carb demons! TOM is around the corner, but I will have to say, my sweet cravings are cured with just a couple of cookies vs the entire bag I would have had in the past, so I'm not going to beat myself up, just thankful the band doesn't let me overdue it - we make a great TEAM!

I gotta get my mind right

What the heck is wrong with me? Last night I overdosed on cookies & milk. I'm so mad at myself! I did so great yesterday, ate right, and everything. Then last night wanted somthing sweet so bad, so I opened up a sugar free pudding, added a little sugar free whip topping on it and thought, this should do the trick. Then there was two sugar cookies sitting on the cabinet my daughter had made the a few nights ago. You guess it, I ate both of them. Well that got my sweet tooth in full swing, so then I opened a bag of cookies (the small bags you put in kids lunch pails) and I ended up eating the WHOLE BAG of those.   Bad Bad me. Anyhow, I'm eating a healthy breakfast (low carb) this morning. So, trying to get back on track and get this sugar out of my system.   The biggest problem I am having is getting back to exercising. I suck.   Watching the Biggest Loser has motivated me to start back, however, this big ass of mine is refusing to get up. Its like my body and my heart are at war with each other.   Anyhow, I'm going to lose this weight, I will I will I will. So, no more cookies for me.

9/13/08

Went shopping today (spent way too much money) but it sure felt good to pull a size 10 and 12 off the rack and they fit.   I bought me two new pairs of jeans, very cool jeans I might add, at a hip store in the mall. I felt like a million dollars when I was able to wear a pair. I loved buying them and walking out of the store with a bag in my hand. In makes me feell like I've finally made it. Even though I'm not were I want to be, I'm moving closer and closer every day.   I am sooooo close to getting out of the 170's, I just cannot wait!   Anyhow, gotta run.   Wt this morning 172.7:thumbup:

I managed to stay of the scales this morning. TOM is around the corner, but I don't feel bloated, but I can tell I'm a little looser.   My knee is really hurting, not sure why so much pain. It only hurts when I walk, or put any pressure on it. I have therapy tomorrow, will have to ask about it.   I am also swollen again in my knee area, so back to putting the ice packs on it.   Menu today:   Bfast - Coffee w/cream   Lunch - ground beefe, salsa, broccoli   Dinner - grilled salmon, salad   Suppliments - 2 flinstone vitamins, 1 quickslim 30,   Exercise - just doing some stretches since my knee is killing me. Man this sucks.

9 more days until banding

WOW, we are in the single digits now. Just 9 more days until I'm in band land!   Yesterday was a very busy day, today is busy as well, and tomorrow is too. Matter of fact, this entire week is busy for me between work and all my doc appointments, I'm just a bit stressed today!   Yesterday here is how my day went:   8:30 - 11:15 - my preop. Had my blood work done, also an EKG, and chest xrays. I had to fill out and sign a ton of paperwork with the nurse, I paid my part of the hospital which was $43.50. I think I got out cheap on that one, she said the cost was $29,679, the discount rate negotiated with the insurance was $435 and I owed 10% of that. Cool. I had one small problem with the hospital, they had me put in my own words what I was having done and I told them a hiatal hernia repair and lap band. Well the problem was, the doctor didn't send an order for the hernia repair, so that caused a little stink, but the hospital nurse called my docs nurse and I think they got it worked out.   11:45 - I had to get my upper cervical care done at my chiopractor's office, my neck was killing me.   I got thru with the doc and swung thru KFC, got an order of boneless chicken wings, hot flavored and tried to eat them in the car, big mistake, too messy and they tasted bad, I ended up throwing them out.   I ran by to pick my daughter's skirt up from the alterations place before my next appointment which was at 1:00 pm with the Psych lady. We went over some stress techniques, craving techniques etc. She said I am ready for surgery. I got out of there around 1:50, I had to run to my docs office to take a short quiz they give every Monday from 1:30 - 2:30 (in between that I made a deposit at my bank). I had to show them that I knew about the changes I was about to make. I passed the test. Got thru with them at 2:30. Then I had a 3:00 pm appt with the dietician. We went thru a lot of info. Found out my clear liquid diet is no longer just 48 hours before surgery, but they are now requiring it to be FOUR days before surgery. So Sunday, I will have to start on clear liquids. eeks. I finished with the dieticial at around 4:20, had to meet with the surgeons office at 4:30 to go over the pre-surgery consultation. I didn't get out of his office until after 6:00 - I had a looong day.   I had a total of 6 appointments yesterday and managed to fit everyone of them in. I even was able to squeeze in two errands in (picked my daughters skirt up & went to bank).   I have to leave today at 11:00 from work to meet with the sleep center people. Then I will go back there tonight at 9:30 and spend the night there for my sleep study test. :notagree . I'm actually looking forward to this, I can sleep all by myself in a huge bed (my DH smothers me at night - he is a snuggler and I am not).   My eating was really off yesterday, I could kick myself. However, I will not cheat any more, promise! I ended up eating a dish from Zios, which had some pasta in it.   Well, I've got a ton to do at work because I am leaving next week, so I am going to stay focussed at work!

Eating has been good, exercise on the other hand, not so good.   I don't know what in the world is my problem, just seems I have lost my mojo! I gotta get my mind right, make no more excuses and get my butt moving!   Weighed in at weight watchers and lost another .8 lbs. Thats a total of 9.8 lbs since joing weight watchers. It has taken my 3 months to lose it, but hey, I'm losing right? I know its slow, but I'll take anything right now.   My weight keeps bouncing around from 158 to 162, I wish it would dip down into the 150's and stay. Maybe if I would exercise it would! I really gotta get to the gym!   Menu today:   Bfast 1/4 cantelop (1 pt) 1 ww yogurt (1 pt)   Dark chocolate (organic) - (2 pts)   Lunch talapia, 3 oz (3 pts) Broccoli (steamed) 2/3 cup (1 pt)   Snack few almonds, humus (4 pts)   Dinner 3 oz grilled chicken - (3 pts) green beans - ( zero pts)   WW sugar free ice cream bar (2 pts)   Wt - AM - 161.1

How much Money my surgery has cost me so far

So far, here is the out of pocket expenses my part:   $50.00 - sleep study test bill finally came in   $25.00 - sleep study consultation with doc, copay amount   $43.50 - My first fill (3/6/07)   $532.12 - Additional hospital bill from Southcrest (3/6/07)   $200 - I had to pay a fee of $200 to my doc for processing the paperwork for insurance. This is non refundable, and the insurance does not pay this.   $90.00 - Upper GI fee at the hospital.   $43.50 - My estimated cost for the hospital fee for the surgery.   $173.00 - Had to pay an additional $173 to the hospital because they kept me overnight.   $400 - Deposit to my surgeon for my surgery. Not sure if I will owe more, or if part will be refunded once my insurance pays everything.   $200 - Deposit to the assistant to my surgeon, he opens me up for my surgeon.   $75 - Pysch Eval ($50 was for testing supplies, $25 for copay)   $25 - Copay to surgeon for pre-surgery consultation.   So far, I've spent $833.50 on the surgery, not bad for me. I have a sleep study test tonight, so not sure how much that will cost me.

7/26/07

Wt this morning 174 lbs - I'm down a total of 74 lbs still, not gaining, not losing. But I'm really okay with it for now. I'm going to try and mantain until my fill.   8 more days until my cruise!!!!!! I'm excited and ready to get away from my job!   Last night I had a great workout, I did circuit training and workout out for about an hour:   2 min on Elliptical (really fast) 10 shoulder press 10 chest press 2 min on elliptical 10 bicep curls 10 triceps 2 min on elliptical 10 pec flys 10 rear deltoids 2 min on elliptical 10 lat pull downs 10 triceps push downs 2 min on elliptical Then repeated 2 more times.   I finished off with another 6 min on elliptical making it a total of 30 min that I was on the Elliptical and a total of about 30 min on weights. Doing the training this way was also an aerobic exercise, so I burned fat and built muscle.   I will begin my new BFL challenge on August 13th, so until then, I'm going to do the circuit training.   Menu today - doing a cleanse again, the lemonade cleanse. I'm only doing it during the day, then I eat baked fish and salad at night. No preservatives, no additives. I also drink a herbal tea in the evenings. I'm doing the cleanse until August 2nd or 3rd - If I can make it that long.   The cleanse says no eating anything else but the drink, but I just can't do that, so I eat healthy stuff in the evenings with my family. It seems to be working so I'm not too worried about it.   I know I will probably gain some weight on the cruise, but I'm going to try and workout too so I don't, or I don't gain but a pound or two.

3rd time is the charm

As they say, third times the charm, this is my third time out of the 180's. So this time it is for good!   This last fill I got is so wonderful. I am full of a relatively small amount of food. I can still eat, meat, bread, whatever, just not that much of it. I'm still debating whether to get another fill. If it continues like this until next month, I don't think I will.   My weight this morning was 179.1. I'm just ready to get to my goal weight of 145, or even my doc's goal weight he wants me at 155lbs.   I did not exercise last night, it was a long night and I knew I had to get up this morning with the kids to get them off for their first day of school. I will go tonight for sure.   Today was my son's first day of his senior year and high school and my daughters first day of high school. They have not been in the same school since she was 7, so they are excited to be going to the same school again.   Well, off to work I go.

Tuesday, June 5th

Well, I went to Nashville, had a great time! The trip down there was HELL - first our rental car was screwed up so we ended up taking our car.   We are cruisng along and finally after we hit Little Rock, Arkansas, we come to a 15 mile backed up trafic at a complete stop! We are there for about an hour and haven't moved, we turn around and get off at another exit and "try" and get on another highway, again, 10 miles backed up and a complete stop, after an hour of waiting, we turn around again and trying to find a way past the trafic. We stop at a little store and there was two EMSA drivers there, evidently there was horrible wreck involving two Semi's and a mini van, the wreck left all three in the van dead, so sad. They told us the roads were now closed and would be for about another 6 to 8 hours because the trucks spilled stuff all over the road and they had to haul sand in. But they were nice enough to take us through some back roads and get us past the mess. It took about 3 hours, but we finally made it thru little Rock. Our 9 hour trip took 13 hours!   Once we got to Nashville, we had a great time! We attended the benefit concert on Friday and they raised lots of money for Perry Braggs who is in need of a kydney transplant. Then we had another on Saturday night which was so great. As we are coming back to the motel Saturday night, my DH notices the car is hot, turns out, our water pump went out. So now, we are in Nashville on a Saturday night and no way to get home. On Sunday we call every mechanic and none were available (we both are supposed to be back at work on Monday). Well, my DH gets ride (from a very nice employee of the hotel) to the local parts store, he buys the water pump, and lots of tools. He and a good friend worked on the car with a limited amount of tools and finally completed it around 6:30 on Saturday night.   We went and had dinner and saw our friend off on his 9:30 flight back to Georgia.   We headed back to Tulsa, a 9 hour drive around 10 pm. We made it until 3:40 am and then got a motel in Little Rock. I had to call my boss and let her know there was no way we would make it back to Tulsa by monday morning (it was already 3:40 am). So, we finally made it home around 5 pm on Monday.   I started a local support group in Tulsa, and Monday was to be the first meeting, I was worried I wasn't going to make it. But I had just enough time to freshen up and get to the meeting by 6:00 pm.   There were 4 people who turned up, but I think it will grow over time. I told them all about this forum and how much it has helped me.   Now, as far as exercise goes, I ended up missing 2 workout sessions, so I will have to make them up in the next two weeks by working out on Sundays as well, so the next two weeks - I will be 7 days a week. I refuse to miss a workout! I refuse to do it! I will finish this challenge, I will!   I'm excited, I'm now 1/2 way to the finish line! The scale is move so darn slow, It showed 183.6 this morning, I'm sure the wine I drank in Nashville, plus all the eating out didn't help. So I'm not too worried about it. I hope tomorrow the scale will start going downward.   Well, thats whats been going on with me....................
