Im getting too thin~~~!

Ok never would I think I could ever have the issue of being TOO thin! But Im 5'7 and weigh 118 lbs . I cant remember EVER weighing that amount. I think I need to have some fill taken out. My kids are worried along with others that are close to me. I dont have health insurance anymore and Im a fulltime student. Will it cost for me to have some taken out?? In March it will be 2 years since my surgery. Ive lost over 100 lbs I dont look good this thin. I would like to gain 10 - 20 lbs but Im leary and scared that I will just keep gaining weight. Anybody have some advice for me?
