hello all i want to eat soooo baddd , my mind is always thinking about how good food tatse an my mind wont aloww anything else . im on my protein shakes and clear liquids as well fat free jello, swanson low sodium fat free chicen broth , not bandded yet not till 12-30-10, why am i having such hard time w this . is there anyone who can offer suggestions maybe feed back to what im going thru right now ...........
