2 POUNDS TIL 1-DERLAND!!!

I am sooo excited about 1derland!!! I have only 2 pounds until I get there!!!!!:clap2: :clap2: . However, I have 3 pounds to meet my April goal of 10 pounds!!! I'm going to try VERY hard to reach them both by tomorrow night. I know that's a lot of pressure, but I believe I can do it!!!! NO SOLIDS, only LIQUIDS!!! Be Blessed

1st Time EVER!

For the first time I jogged around the ENTIRE park. This isn't a flat park, it extremely hilly, so I made it a goal a long time ago to jog around it and I did it on yesterday:clap2: !!! Once I jogged I walked around it at a fast pace to complete my 3 1/2 miles for the day. 4 pounds to 1DERLAND!!!! Be BLESSED!

50 POUNDS GONE 4EVER!

WOW!!!WOW!!!! I've never lost 50 POUNDS before!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you JESUS!!! I am so proud of myself!!!!!!!!!! I need my smileys!!!!! :scared: :scared: :scared:   :scared: :D :)!!!!!!!!!!!! Yep PEEEE!!!!!!!!!

No Rain Please...

I really have to walk this afternoon and if it rains I will have to get on my treadmill:angry ! Yesterday I did 3 1/2 miles in less than 40 mins at the park, and I felt so good. If it doesn't rain I plan on walking 3 1/2 miles everyday, except tomorrow (class--2 miles on treadmill:angry ). I have to lose 10 pounds this month!!! So far I've lost 4, but more importantly I am 5 pounds from 1derland!!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: So, needless to say I am eating A LOT less and working out VERY HARD. Menu---4/16 & 4/17 Breakfast: 1/2 of 1/3 less sugar Frosty Flakes w/ 2% milk. Lunch: Chips Dinner: Nothing

8 Pounds to Onederland!

After a good workout on yesterday, I noticed I lost another pound:clap2:. I have 9 pounds to lose for my April goal and 8 pounds to go before I move to Onederland!!! I will continue to work it out this week to drop, drop and drop!   Be blessed!

April's Goal!!

Okay my goal for the month of April is to lose 10 pounds!! Once I do that I will be at 198!!! I can't believe I will be living in OnederLAND by the end of April!!! So I will have to stay on track with my workouts or kick it up!! So many are telling me not to get under 180, but I will NOT listen! MY goal is 160!!! Be BLESSED!

I DID IT!!!

:clap2: :clap2: I did it!! I'm at 208!!!!!!!!!!!! Onderland make room!!!:clap2: :clap2:   I met my March goal of losing 15lbs.!!!! It was tough, especially with the hospital visit and the gagging episodes. Nevertheless, I did it!!! I'm right on track to be at 160 by the end of June!!!! Miami here I come!!!! Okay, I have to get ready for CHURCH!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:     Be blessed!!

One More Pound To Go!!

Okay I've already passed my original goal to be at 210 by the end of March, because I am at 209:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: However, my second goal was to lose 15 pounds for the month of March and I am 1 pound short of meeting that goal!! I have one more day to go, I know I can do it!!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: I am sooo close to ONEDERLAND I can taste it!!!! It's on now, as a matter of fact it's been on!!!! 9 pounds you have to go!!!! I have 40 more pounds to kick to the curb!!!! Be Blessed!

No Fill Today

Well I went in for my first fill, but when I told Dr. Harper what has been happening he decided today wasn't a good time. I was fine with that since I don't think I need one. If is't up to me I'd rather not have a fill...it's been eleven weeks and I'm still losing. So hopefully, I can go longer:phanvan. I had the Barium and it went straight through the band, so that was good. I thought my band had slipped, but it's in place:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:. Today's workout was tough on me, I walked my 3 1/2 miles, but I had on my plastic sweat suit and a jogging suit on top of that!!!:faint: :faint: :faint: I know I was wrong for that!! My legs were weak and I felt like I was going to past out and I think the temperature was in the 80's today:faint: :faint: but I kept going to the end. Tomorrow I will take it easy and no more double layered workouts!!   Be BLESSED!

Emergency Room Visit

Well for some strange reason I had to rush to the emergency room late last night. All I ate yesterday was about two tablespoons of tuna, six crackers, a teaspoon of fruit dip, two grapes three slices of strawberries and a few chips and dip. I started to feel the irritation on my left side at about 8pm, but that's not unusual. So at about 11:15pm I started to gag and burp up clear stuff constantly, so it got to the point that I was on my knees. I went to the emergency room and they drew blood and did an x-ray. The doctor said everything looked normal, but they're not that familiar with the lapband. I will tell my doctor on Wednesday, but I feel much better...I do feel a little weak. I really think I'm over doing it with the exercise, because last week as soon as I got off the treadmill I started gaging. I can't slow down my workouts...I need to lose four more pounds by the 31st.:faint: I see I lost another pound since yesterday, I probably burped it off! Anyway, type ya later.   Be Blessed!

No Dinner, Exercise or Class!

Well yesterday for lunch I had a grill chicken philly and I only ate the thin sliced chicken with the melted cheese and a little lettuce and I was done for the day! I was miserable...I had trapped gas or something. Even though the chicken was thin I still chewed and chewed. I didn't eat any dinner and to think about it I didn't have any breakfast. So I didn't feel like working out or going to my boring class. I went to church and I actually felt a little better. I took to Mylanta gas tablets and those things will get the gas out!! I don't like them that much, because the make me gag. Once I gag I burp...but afterwards I feel a LOT better. So this morning I am feeling normal, I will not have a grill chicken philly again. Today I will make sure I take it easy on the food, I will eat soft foods today. Be blessed!

Work Out

Well I'm another pound lighter!!! Finally after a week of workouts I've dropped another pound:clap2: I have 7 pounds to go to meet my March goal of 15lbs. I get my first fill on 3/28, I'm pushing to meet my goal by then:eek: !!     Work Out   Treadmill-2.03 miles previous record broken Time-33:00 needs improvement 31:49 or less Calories-263 previous record broken Fat Calories-82 needs improvement 84 or higher     Be Blessed!

Today

Well when I leave work I'm heading to school until around 7:30 and I will come straight home and WORK IT OUT!!! I will break my treadmill record today!!!   Breakfast- Grapes and Crackers (8) Lunch- About 10 Sun Chips Snack- Grapes Dinner-Nothing Snack- Sugarfree Blue Bell The Great Divide (YUMMMM)   Be Blessed!

Weight Loss More Energy

Yesterday I worked out on the treadmill again and did a bit better!:clap2: .   Menu on yesterday:   Breakfast: 1/2 cup of 1/3 less sugar Frosty Flakes w/ skim milk Lunch: Less than 1/2 cup of Cajun crab dip w/ crackers (8) Dinner: 1 crab cake Snack: 1 Sugar free popsicle   Workout:   Miles: 2.01 Calories: 262 Fat Calories: 82 Time: 31:50 MPH: 4.0   I MUST keep it up to reach my goal weight by the end of June!   Be Blessed!

Treadmill Workout

I will admit that I do not like the treadmill. I can walk 3 1/2 miles at a hilly park, but on the treadmill I normally do over 1 1/2 mile in 30 minutes. However, last nighht I did 2 miles, burned 260 calories, 81 fat calories in 32:55 minutes and I was jogging the entire time! That's a treadmill goal for me! I'm trying to break this stupid plateau! Anyway, my menu yesterday:   Breakfast: Nothing Lunch: Half of Orange Roughy stuffed w/ crab cake and shrimp Dinner: 1/2 cup of 1/3 less sugar frosty flakes w/ skim milk     Be Blessed!

1st Fill on 3/28

I will get my first fill on 3/28 and I'm sort of nervous. I'm still having the pains every once and a while, plus I really don't eat a lot now. Right now my body has came to another plateau,:angry so I have to change up my routine. I have eight more pounds to lose to meet my March goal of 15lbs, but I know I'll lose more than 15lbs this month. Anyway, all is well...until next time.   Be BLESSED!

Steady Workout, Steady Losing!

I am so proud that I am continuing to workout and that's why the pounds are constantly coming off. I don't even worry about food anymore!!!! Okay, another pound gone?? I had a mini goal to lose 5lbs by Sunday, but I lost four. So this morning I weighed and lost another pound! 35lbs lost total...this is amazing!!! Work It Out!!!

Well yesterday I did my 3 1/2 miles at the park and I felt so good! Not to mention I lost another pound! So that's three pounds from my fifteen pound goal for this month. Then last night as I was getting ready to go meet with some friends I decided to "try" on another pair of my jeans from three years ago and they fit BETTER now than they did then!!!! We had a girls night out and danced and I did my salsa and merengue and tore the floor UP! So I am too happy...I don't think I have ever said this before, but I love my BAND!
