So yesterday was one year ago since I had my surgery and I'm down 85 pounds!!!!! For the last 3 months I have been at a stand still but I feel I have done amazing I went from size 20 to a 4-6 and I can not believe it!!!!! This has been the best thing I have done for myself and I am ready for my next year to see whats in for me!!!!
Here I am 7 months post op lost 60 pounds but still looking for ways to lose the belly fat I have been doing situps and walking and stuff! Can anyone give me ways to lose my belly fat?
Well I have been doing amazing I have lost 60 pounds and feeling amazing! But a few days ago I was talking to someone who had their band slip and now I'm worried sick I go on the 15th to have an up gi and see my doc! I just really worried does anyone else worry about this or had it happen to them?
OK well two weeks ago I had a fill it was my 5th fill and before this I had an unfill well after the 2 days on liquids and stuff when I ate I had the fullness and it felt like my band was tight and at the sweet spot also in this time I take pills in the AM and it is hard to take them but I have to take them and I can't brake them in half well 3 days ago I realized I could take them with no problems and I can eat and I do not feel the same tightness or fullness like before is it that I am just getting used to my band or do I need another fill or is there something wrong I am very confused I called my doc today and they said I just might need another fill and I go back on the 15th but I don't think so has anyone else had this problem?
OK so I had my 1st fill Nov. 3rd and I'm still always hungry!!! I don't get another fill until Dec. 1st! I have already lost 17 pounds but now I keep gaining because I'm still hungry! I work out and everything I don't really do the protein drinks because I hate them so is there anything else I can do to get the protein???

Its been about 2 months since my surgery and I'm down about 17 pounds but I have noticed one day I'm at 224 and the next I'm at 220!! What is going on?? I feel hungry a lot and I do workout. I don't know if I;m eating the right foods or what I'm doing wrong!!
I also need some healthy recipes I need help please!!
