Wow, Tallgirl, I was feeling the exact same way today. I am at my 5th week of banding and haven't had my first fill yet. I am so used to starting a diet, losing some weight, and then putting it right back on! I can't believe I went through the fasting and surgery and am overeating again!!!! I like the protein suggestion because I am very hungry again. I also know that I need to slow down while I'm eating and chew my food more. It will take some time to retrain myself to eat to nourish my body not to numb it. :blush:I have lost 15 pounds but have not lost anything in the last 2 weeks, I can't wait for my first fill in November.
