i'm not loosing any more weight

hey everyone,   i had surgery about a year ago and it's getting harder and harder to loose weight. I feel i could each much more than before and getting adjustments is not working as they did at the beginning. Does anyone have any advise for me? I have lost a total of 90lbs but would like to loose about 20lbs more to begin fertility treatment.
