What am I doing wrong? I have 7cc so far. I was banded middle of April and have lost 47.6 pounds. But was told by family members that it is not enough. A family member had hers done two weeks after mine and she has lost 60 pounds. My family and I walk at least 5 miles a week and I go to curves 4 days a week. I was so happy about what I have lost until then. What should I do?
:crying:HELP! I have stopped loosing weight. I have been the same weight for 11 days now and I do not know if this is normal or not. My first fill is in 5 days. I started walking about 3 days ago (a mile a day) per the doctors orders. I am just worried about why I am not loosing any more. Can anyone help me on this.
Not only that but I have been getting more and more depressed lately and I have no clue why. AAAAAHHHHHH!
Does it really matter how much you eat before your first fill? If you eat more than 4oz after surgery does it mess up your lapband?
Someone asked me this question I did not know what to tell them so I am looking to you for some answers if you have any. I just told them that the Doc said not to.
Thanks
I went on a site when I was doing the post diet and out of 30 people talking about theirs 30 of them cheated. That was very disappointing to me and discouraging.
My husband said that he would do the post diet with me. 10 days of liquid!!
Well I DID NOT CHEAT!!! and neither did my husband. I lost a total of 13lbs and he lost 14lbs. Yes it is hard but you know what when you do it and you know you did not cheat that is a great feeling.:wink2:
I hope you did not cheat. I know you can do it!
Surgery was on April 28th and now it is May 10th and I am still fighting the hunger pains 24/7.
People keep asking is it worth it? Was the surgery worth being hungry all the time?
I do not have an answer to that question. But if it lets me live longer and do more things with my son and my husband then I will be more than happy to stay hungry all the time. My son is 9 years old and he loves baseball. He's pretty good at it too.
