I am two day out until surgery and I am having mixed emotions.
I cheated on my pre-op liquid diet last night with a piece of pizza. Yes, I did. And it was gone before I even thought about what I was eating.
Today is much better. I even cooked my husband breakfast- eggs, bacon and toast and did not want a bit of it. Weird for me. I normally am the first one to fight over the bacon. LOL
Eating soup tonight for dinner followed by a glass of water and possibly some yogurt as a treat or a popcicle. Tomorrow, more shakes, and nothing past 8pm since my surgery is at 9am.
I'm nervous but since starting the pre-op diet Thursday, I have dropped 15lbs. I was able to put on somke capri pants that have been in my closet since 2 summers ago that were tight then. They fit PERFECTLY now. This just keeps me motivated!
