Hot, Hot Hot......

August 5, 2006   Hello, to everyone that reads this. My name is Renita but you can call me Mohka or Mo. I'm new to this forum and eager to read about everyone here. I hope to also be able to trade LB serects to success for some comic relief, maybe? I'm a southern girl (Texas) in the DFW area. If you are in the DFW area you know it's best to stay inside. Today is HOT, HOT, HOT!!!!! I tried to run some errands and I was quickly overcome by the heat. The heat didn't catch up with me until I was to far from home:help: . I had to save myself so here I am at the library. Boy, it sure feels good in here. The A/C is going and going and going. I don't think I've heard it turn off once. Do you know how much money I'm saving on my a/c bill at home. Yeap, it's been and hour and I'm already wondering will they let me stay overnight? I could hind in the bathroom and after everyone leaves I can lay on the soft couch. OOOOOO, sounds like heaven. Wait, I can't I have somethings to do and some tv to watch. But I could always go home and setup my recorder? No, cause I'd run the risk of passing out. I will have to figure it out before 6pm. Why, you my ask. Cuz, that's when the librery closes. August 17, 2006 Thursday

It's day number 21 for me. I feel grrrrreeeeaaattt. After surgery they schedule a two week check-up. Mine was August 9, 2006. From the date of surgery to my check-up, I lost 17 pounds. So they gave me my cap and gown and patted me on my back.:cheer2: I have graduated to soft foods, ya'll. Let's just say I have been waiting for this day. So that weekend I made a potato soup with carrots and celery. Yummy, right? Yes, indeed. But, some how I managed to put on 3 pounds. I ate the soup from Sunday until Wednesday and saw that I gained. :eek: What gives? My answer to that question came the next morning. Ladies, I know you understand me. So next week I might weigh myself. (crossing fingers) I feel the new me coming out. There are so many things on my list to do. I can't use my weight as a reason not to do. Just to name a few: Sky diving, Bungee Jumping, Learning how to Sail, Learn how to Drive a Race Car, Dirt Bike, Motorcycle, Hang out with my girl-friends more than once of month. I'm sure they'll like that. Oh, yeah one more thing..... Six Flags here I come. It's off the beauty shop and then the gym.
