What is your routine? For all you successful banderd??

I am three days out from being banded and I wanted a few tips on what you banders that are very successful have done everyday to get to where you are now. I want to plan out my next months so that I am doing what I can to succeed!! Thanks, Mrsvick

2 days post op

Hello everyone, I was banded Monday 11-23-09. I am home, still very sore, just drinking water and gaterade and taking it easy. When does the abdomnial pain go away? I have not trown up at all. Moving very slow, I would not be able to do anything without my husband. I am very excited about the future and so glad I did this. Thanks, Mrsvick
