Just Another Entry

Well, My husbands hormone replacement therapy is working well! He is extremely energetic, its crazyyyy. Yesterday he was up and gone by 6am and worked all day on our business expansion. He arrived home at about 6pm, he had picked up some delite pizza so I didn't have to make supper . Then he popped it in the oven, we all ate together. He ran a bath for our oldest daughter while I took care of our baby. Then whilst she was in the bath, he cleaned the entire kitchen, picked up the house... I was getting dizzy just watching him lol. Then he made a pot of tea, and we all sat in the living room and visited until 8:30 both kids were put into bed. Then we sat on the couch for about a half hour and spooned, the next thing I knew he was carting me into the bedroom for a very long and fantastic romp. LOL its like he's 20 again omg. :clap2:

Dining at its Finest LOL

8:00 am Breakfast: Atkins shake + 1 scoop unjury   11:00 am Lunch: 2 Chicken tender strips, SF chocolate pudding   5:00 pm Supper: Chinese chicken, pork, with broccoli a few bites of shrimp in all I probably ate about 2 cups.   6:00 pm Snack: Ugh I hate to type this its humiliating but I had a sm. sundae with fudge. Im sure I will pay the price by having a nonmoving scale in the morning.   Vitamins: 2 Tbs. liquid multi, 1500 mcg Biotin, 1 Calcium chew   Water: 90 oz.   Exercize: what exercize? bad bad again but I was gone all day and took my daughter to the amusement park on some rides and stuff. Thats being active too right? lol And I went appliance shopping, and Grocery shopping, hey thats walking.. maybe could be called exercise but my heart rate wasn't up so I doubt it counts. We'll see what my friendly scale says in the morning.   Goal: For the next 5 days no ice cream, no sugar period. If I eat any sugar I will have to post a naked picture of myself!! lol if that doesn't do it nothing will motivate me.

Today I will eat well!

Yep scale didn't move, but tomorrow its going to!   7:45 am Breakfast: Atkins shake + 1 scoop unjury.   12:00 pm Lunch: Skinless baked chicken 1/2 cup, 2 flowerettes of broccoli, 1 SF choc. pudding.   6:00 pm Supper: 1/2 chicken breast in alfredo sauce, a couple bites of rib meat, 1/2 cup of mashed potatoe, a couple bites of green beans.   Vitamins: 1500 mcg Biotin, 2 Tbs. Multi vit, 1 Calcium chew   Water: 60 oz.   Exercise: 30 min. treadmil 3mph 0-5% incline.   Goal: Stay on track with my 5 day challenge to not have any sugar. Exercise tomorrow.

Foods 4 Today

The scale did not move today boo hooo! I did really well yesterday too and ate less than 900 calories plus exercised. Oh well I guess its just making up for the days I ate ice cream and still lost a pound. Or maybe I need to eat more calories to lose? Ive read some ppls posts about that, the 'starving body' syndrome or something. :cry Hmm well Im going to keep on with eating healthy today at a reduced calorie level and exercise and see what happens tomorrow. And no Sugar today!!   8:00 am Breakfast: Atkins shake + 1 scoop Unjury.   10:00 am Snack: SF choc. pudding (chocolotaholic).   12:30 pm Lunch: 1 1/2 peices stone ground whole wheat/grain toasted crustless bread, 2/3 cup sloppy joe meat, 1 activa blueberry yogurt.   6:00 pm Supper: 2 instant Cream of wheat, SF choc. pudding   Water: 80 oz.   Vitamins: 2 Tbs. Liquid multi, 1 calcium chew, 1500 mcg biotin   Exercise: cleaned my entire house   Goal: I purposely ate more carbs today, I want to see what effect it has on my losing weight tomorrow. Exercise tomorrow on the treadmil. Stick to my no sugar challenge for 3 more days!

Daily Food Journal

Hm well this is very interesting, I think I really do need to eat more carbs. The scale went in the negetive direction this morning. Or maybe the secret is to change it up daily .. one day eat more carbs the next eat less? lol I'll get this figured out yet!!   7:45 am Breakfast: Atkins + Unjury   11:30 am Lunch: Sloppy joe meat @ 1 c., 1 small tomatoe diced, 1/4 small onion chopped.   3:00 pm Snack: 1 instant cream wheat, 1 SF choc. pudding.   6:00 pm Supper: 2/3 cup egg salad, 3/4 cup potatoe salad.   Water: over 80 oz., stopped keeping track after that.   Vitamins: 2 Tbs. Liquid Multi, 1500 mcg biotin, 1 calcium chew.   Exercise: 30 Mins 3mph treadmil, did 3 minutes jogging, and an extra 5 for a cool down at 2mph.   Goal: Stay on with my no sugar challenge! It feels great to be succeeding at something healthy. Even if I don't lose weight its so good for my body to have a break from sugar and to be getting exercise. I need to hire someone to take over some of my office work, I just can't do it all anymore. Ugh it feels like I am admitting defeat but I have to look at it as a smart business decision. So I guess my goal is to finally get off my duff and make some phone calls to lighten my load. I will call tomorrow.

Foods 4 Today

No movement on the scale today, but since im exercising and staying at a reduced calorie level with lots of protein, Im probably losing inches anyway. Im doing good with the sugar challenge only today and tomorrow to go. Im proud of myself for not eating any sugar. My daughter has orientation today for Kindergarten, pretty exciting stuff . My baby is growing up.   7:30 am Breakfast: Atkins + Unjury.   11:30 am Lunch: Tuna salad, Kashi crackers.   5:00 pm Supper: Apple Bees riblets and mashed potatoes a few bites of baked beans.   Exercise: I was on my feet all day running around busy, but I didn't do treadmil.   Vitamins: 2 T. Liquid Multi, 1 Calcium chew, 1500 mcg Biotin   Water: >80 oz.   Goal: Exercise on the treadmil tomorrow. Stick to my no sugar challenge. Get my desk space organized. Call again for office help asap!!

Journal Entry

Everthings going pretty good for me. Im down another pound .. YES! I even ate some cake at a baby shower yesterday and two bowls of chili. Weird lol. My life is so busy these days, we have multiple building projects going, a business expansion, a six month old, a five year old, financing procurements, holidays approaching, birthdays... my head is a whirlwind. I just haven't had time to even focus on my weight or diet. I think thats just a testement to the band, im sure that in the past I'd have put weight on right now instead of losing another pound. I know that if I had more time to just be focused on my weight I could probabaly be losing faster but I guess I just have other things higher on my priority list at the moment. I feel like im so lucky right now, it kind of makes me scared because in the back of my mind I always think you can't have everthing for long. Its like im waiting for something to come along and knock the wind out of my sails. Maybe thats a bad way to think, but I guess I only think about it when im journaling so whateva.

Another Day Another Entry

9:00 am Breakfast: Atkins drink + Unjury. 1 Sf Jello pudding cup.   12:00 pm Lunch: 1/2 can Tuna, 3 T. Miracle whip, 1/2 Cubed Avacado, 15 Kashi crackers.   6:00 pm Supper: Ate at my moms, 1 Vietnamese eggroll homemade, 1 C. split pea with ham soup again homemade.... This meal tasted good but it didn't really go together lol what was my mom thinking??   7:00 pm Desert/Snack: Broke my no food after 6 pm rule but hey I succeeded at my 5 day sugar fast!! So tonight I had 1/2 of a small hot fudge sundae from DQ.   Vitamins: 2Tbs liquid multi, 1 Calcium chew, 1500 mcg biotin.   Water: Lost track but Im sure it was over 64 oz.   Goal: Exercise tomorrow! Hmm well I was nearly down another pound today. Im sure by tomorrow I will be at 209. I can't believe im losing despite eating icecream and my favorite.. fudge. Yum. Im definitely going to hop onto the treadmil today and get my 30 mins. in.   9:00 am Breakfast: 15 oz. chocolate calorie countdown milk + 1 Scoop unjury protein powder.   11:45 am Lunch: 1 1/2 hard boiled egg choppled mixed with 3 T. Miracle whip, 1/2 tsp mustard, salt/pepper. 15 Kashi crackers (one serving). 1:00 pm Snack: SF chocolate pudding cup.Isn't this emoticon funny? lol   5:45 pm Supper: 1/2 can tuna, 3 Tbs. Miracle whip, 1/2 avacado, 1/2 tomato, 15 Kashi crackers, and another SF chocolate pudding.   Exercise: 30 Min. Treadmil 3mph   Water:>64 oz.   Vitamins: 2 T. Liquid Multi, 1 Viactiv Calcium, 1500 mcg Biotin   Goal: Exercise tomorrow, try not to eat more than one pudding cup, unless I do go down a pound tomorrow then heck, I'll keep having my puddings lol. I was really cranky today for some reason. I hope im not a crab tomorrow. I haven't had a period yet since having my baby 4 1/2 months ago.. maybe im going to have my first one? Or maybe im just stressed. Ugh.

Gotta Love Long Weekends

My husbands outside pressure washing the front deck, the lawn is mowed, the house is cleaned, the kids had baths, and last and most importantly (jk) I lost another pound!! yes! I ate over 1400 calories yesterday and still saw a markedly lower number pop up on my scale. Exercise is the key! Im pretty much getting used to my portions now and have learned pretty well what I can/can't eat, and what pace I have to eat at. Yayyy, the band is great.   7:30 am Breakfast: 13 oz. Chocolate calorie countdown milk + 1 scoop unjury.   10:00 am Snack: SF chocolate pudding.   12:00 pm Lunch: 1/4 Cup egg salad, 1/2 cup tuna salad, 1/4 of an Avacado mashed, 15 Kashi crackers.   5:00 pm Supper: A few bites of ribs, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, a few bites of broccoli.   6:00 pm Desert: My husband begged to go to DQ, bad bad I gave in and had 1/2 a fudge sundae.   Water: > 80 oz.   Vitamins: 1 flinstones, 2 tbs liquid multi, 1500 mcg biotin, 1 calcium chew.   Exercise: 25 Min. 3mph treadmil + 5 Min. 4mph jogging.   Goal: Exercise! I think its key, you don't even have to lose a lot of weight to see a big differance in how you look and feel.

1st Day of Kindergarten

Today was my oldest daughters first day of Kindergarten. I feel so emotional about it!! I think I might just cry. I need chocolate. Scale did not move today.   7:30 am Breakfast: 1 pkt. instant cream of wheat, 1 C. choc. calorie countdown milk, 1 SF chocolate pudding. (extremely chocolatey goo, perfect).   12:00 pm Lunch: 1 can of Tuna, 1/3 c. Miracle whip, 15 Kashi crackers. And lol another SF chocolate pudding.   4:00 pm Snack: Definitely emotional eating today folks! 1 SF chocolate pudding, 15 Kashi crackers.   7:00 pm Supper: Rotisserie chicken deskinned, a leg and some thigh meat about a cup total, a peeled fresh plum.   Vitamins: 1 Flinstone w/iron, 1 calcium chew, 2T. liquid multi, 1500 mcg biotin.   Water: >80 oz.   Exercise: Puhleez, I was too busy eating pudding.   Goal: I absolutely will not eat as much pudding tomorrow, I absolutely will exercise.

Forgot to weigh myself before eating breakfast and drinking water. Oh well maybe Ill actually see a differance tomorrow. I can't believe I forgot and Im such a scale addict too lol.   7:00 am Breakfast: 1pk. instant cream wheat, 1/2 c. skim millk, 1SF choc. pudding, 1 Scoop unjury. This was not very tasty, the protein powder ruined my beloved chocolate goo. Yuck, at least it was hopefully healthy.:ermm   11:30 am Lunch: LQ swedish meatballs.   5:30 pm Snack: 8 Kashi crackers   7:00 pm Supper: Taco salad (shredded lettuce, Taco meat, avacado, FF sour cream, onion, salsa) SF chocolate pudding.   Vitamins: 2T. liquid multi, 1 Calcium chew, 1500 mcg biotin   Water: >70 oz.   Exercise: Cleaned my house because my house-cleaner was scheduled to come today.. why do I even have a house cleaner? lol ugh, oh well at least my showers are scrubbed out weekly.   Goal: Do treadmil tomorrow, jog for at LEAST 5 min, up my walking speed to 3.5 mph from 3 mph. Also eat less carbs, go back to having my shake for breakfast.

Journal Entry

I really don't like titling my journal entries lol. Anyways things are going ok for me. Im eating less than I ever have in my life. But Im still having this nagging toe issue that just won't go away. I've stopped wearing heels, and been donning wide clunky shoes that don't pinch my toe or bother it. I've been putting hydrogen peroxide on it to clean it out twice per day. Today my five year old accidentally stepped on my toe and I thought I was going to pass out! LOL it hurt. I know I should go to a podiatrist but my husband had an ingrown tonail one time and went in and they cut half his tonail off... it looks ugly and I like my cute toes lol. I get pedicures all the time and keep my feet looking super cute. Im fat, so my butt looks hideous and lumpy but hey at least the feet are cute! Ughh I really want to start exercising. Tomorrow I should just try the treadmil and see what happens. Grrr. I have this weird little callous on my thumb too that just is irritating. Sometimes I think maybe my body is retaliating about having a foreign object (my band) inside it and making me suffer lol. Hmf maybe?

Sick Baby

My little Luciana is sick for the first time. She's 6 months old. I think she might have croup. Poor little thing. She has a check up on Wednesday, I wonder if she can get her vaccines when she's sick? I guess I'll find out. I hate taking my kids to the pediatrician lol its so dang germy! I always say if they aren't sick when you bring them in they will be when you leave. I bet it was nice in the olden days to have the doctor come to your home! :sick     Well I finally bit the bullet and exercised on my treadmil for 30 mins. Yeahhhh! I bought new shoes that are 1 1/2 sizes bigger than my usual and it did the trick. I don't think my sore toe is any worse than it was before exercising. So if it doesn't look worse tomorrow, I have no excuse to not exercise again!

Down to Business

Im back with renewed vigor. I exercized REALLY hard for my abilities TWICE today!! whoooo hoooo yayy. I ate really well today. I wish I knew how to post pictures in here so I could show a before and current, but lol Im not that skilled. I feel so optomistic today. My period just ended today so I feel confiedent that I can do this at least until my next pms which is 28 days away.

Back on track and exercising again!!

Yep second day in a row, did the treadmil!! Yayyyy! Nothing makes me feel better than exercise. Honestly I can be losing pounds but if I don't feel like im toning myself I just feel flabby. My toe is doing fine. It hasn't gotten any worse so Im going to keep on doing it. :clap2:

Yep Im back in action. I ate a salad for lunch. And a peice of chicken for supper. Exercised for 40 mins this morning and im gonna go do a couple miles on the treadmil right now. Yayyy me! skinny here I come!!

Sick

:sick Ugh, Im sick today. Sore throat, headache, earrache, chills, fever.. yuck. I didn't eat on any type of schedule, just ate when my meds were keeping the pain at bay.   Breakfast: Atkins + Unjury   Lunch: Nothing   Supper: Salmon spread, kashi crackers.   Snacks: a coupls SF puddings, they made my throat feel better for a bit.   Vitamins.. ugh I forgot, illl go taks some right now.   water: I don't know.   Exercise.. ya right.:sick

Bad day today.

Sam seems so edgy and busy all the time. I think its his meds. but worry its him getting sick of me. It makes me sad. Makes me want to eat eat eat eat. Only now am I realizing what an emotional eater I am. Sam wants to build another 4 plex, part of me wants to do that too but I worry its not the best thing for our family/relationship right now. I worry that he wants to keep so busy so that he can be too busy to work on our relationship. I feel like we are ships passing in the sea, don't reallly know each other anymore. I feel like im the same as always but hes changing now because of his medication. Often I wonder if his libido is coming back but I repulse him because of my weight?? Everytime I try to ask him about it he says he doesn't know if its coming back or not. Says sometimes he thinks it is sometimes he thinks it isn't. We got into an argument saturday night, he held a grudge until today. For me once I say my peice the arguments over and I move on, for him it seems he just stays mad for so long. I think its his meds because he's never been this way previously. I hate his stupid tumor! I hope when I get thinner things will be differant. Maybe Ill be more fun and outgoing and turn him on again. Patience patience patience.
