Hi everyone. I have a question I was banded in Jan. of 09 I have done the treadmill now i do an hour of stationary bike. My husband keeps saying Im loosing muscle I want to so weight tranning and he's concerned I don't eat enough to feed my muscle. I have muscle I can feel it in my arms and legs. But Im getting loose skin (flabby) any suggestions on the best way to work out :wink2:
