Hi All :tongue_smilie: More advice needed PLEASE<3
So the other day one of the girls on here told me to STOP EATING foods && stick to the mushies or else I could really hurt myself with the band...Well ever since I feel like So paranoid lol.
I ate some medium rare steak last night bc my doc said to stick with PROTEIN...Yikes and then this morning I had a bite of this chicken && IT WAS SPICY and ever since I cant eat ANYTHING without my left shoulder having this PIERCING pain... I havent eaten all day I just dont feel like it...Also even when I drink my water the PAIN in my left shoulder is sooo bad it makes my body tingle...
Can someone help explain to me whats going on && How do I know if maybe somehow I might have damaged the band:blush: Or am I just having a reaction bc the chicken was fried && SPICY:cursing:

Okay all, I need some help here! I had my surgery a week ago, && I am feeling GREAt...maybe a little too great! I can eat anything!! I was doing great on mushies & thought hmm maybe i willl try some pasta, & chicken & this & that && now I can honestly eat ANYTHING!.....I feel like since I havent had a first "fill" I am kind of getting everything in and feeling somewhat disappointed! First off I wanna say you all share some GREAT stories && you are such inspirations to me...I am only 23 && just got my surgery on the 8th && really excited about it! Obviously I havent been to get the restrction yet..
BUT I WAS wondering...For you who have the restriction could you all give me some examples of what your day looks like with food!??! Kind of a food log of what you eat during the day so I have some ideas of what to expect!!! Also maybe add what exercise that you do as well?!?

Can anyone sned me some advice?!?! I am new to this && this whole process...I was banded on Tues the 8th && today is the 11th && the scale says ive gained 5lbs!!!!!! THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE! I have been BARELY eating, having tea, sugar free popsicles && fat free soups...I thought I woul have dropped like 10lbs in the past few days bc there has been NOTHING in my sysstem! Can someone help explain to me whats going on!!:thumbdown:
