Hello anyone out there reading this. My name is Ronnetta and I am 5 weeks into my long road to a more fabulous me!
I have no idea how much weight I have lost because I have yet to weigh myself. This really isn't a huge deal to me as I know I haven't lost anything to write home about. Everyone keeps saying that they can tell I've lost weight, and I can too, but I know it hasn't been like other patients. Most people have lost at least 20-40 lbs by now and I KNOW I haven't. I can't say I am super surprised as I haven't really gotten a clear handle on the eating yet (plus I am still thinking like the fat part of my brain and eating crap when I do eat!). Trust me, I know my doctor and nutritionist would kill me and I have basically decided that I haven't gone through all of this for nothing! I have set a goal and I WILL achieve it for my fabulous trip to New York in April. I SWEAR, I will lose 20 lbs if it kills me (hopefully it doesn't )! Gym at 4 am, HERE I COME!
