I was banded on 08/12/2009…The first week was all fluids and I did a great job without being hungry or cheating...Now that I can have puree food it feels like I can hold more down and I am not feeling full but because of the horror stories I only eat what is recommended….and I have been drinking a lot of fluid. After reading the blogs I guess it is normal since my stomach is healing but in my mind I have a small opening and should not eat the incorrect things because it might get stuck.. from my understanding restrictions start after the first fill so I will count this month as the placebo month….
