HAD MY FOLLOW UP TODAY LOST 12 LBS....I WEEK SINCE MY SURGERY . WILL HAVE FIRST FILL ON JAN 5..LOOKIN GOOD,,ONE WEEK LEFT ON THICK LIQUIDS

less than 6 hours away!!

i cant sleep..surgery is 4 hrs away. bought broth jello protein liquid popsickles..what else..protein shakes..any other suggestions??? please God watch over me...
