Day 1 and Day 2

So I started my pre-op diet on August 1st, yesterday... on day two of it.. i'm surprisingly okay right now! :biggrin: I thought this was going to be a lot harder then it is but I'm doing well and I'm not hungry.. I figured I'd blog about what I'm eating so I can kind of keep a journal..   Day 1: B- Jello, fudgesicle L- 1 protein shake 1 bowl of beef broth S- fudgesicle, greek yogurt D- 2 bowls of chicken broth S-1 protein shake     Day 2: B- jello S- 1 protein shake L- 1 bowl of chicken broth D- Jello, 1 bowl chicken broth, 1 protein shake S- 2 fudgesicles
