Zumba!!

I am so glad that I tried the Zumba class out! I've seen it on TV to buy for home use, but felt that I wouldn't keep up w/it.   The dance studio that my girls go to started up a class and I tried it out. Well that was back in April and I've dropped 15 inches off of my total body!!!   I've lost 5 pounds to boot! The studio now has a total of 4 classes through out the week and is looking to add another one.   If they have it each day, I just may drop my gym memebership (that I never seem to go to).   The weight is coming off better right now. I've been writing down everything and drinking the water (64oz a day). Using those little flavor packets for the water has made it easy and I rarely have a soda now, maybe once a week if that. I picked up myself a new little car tote for my snacks while I'm out and so far I haven't been looking for a fast food joint to satisfy my hunger needs.   I did make an appointment to see my doc. Found out that's it's been over a year since I had seen him.   After looking at my weight logging, I never placed a single log for '08.   I'm back in the game and ready to play some hardball.

What a day

Today was a bit crazy.   Took all the kids out to see a movie (free) but it was full. So I took them all to get new shoes and it wasn't fun. They all couldn't listen. I was yelling left and right to either "stop it", "don't touch it or him/her", "what is our #1 rule?"... Then when we got home it was just the same.   Ty had another game so when we got home we needed to get ready and go back out. The only good thing about the out come of tonight's game is that we will not longer have practice each and every night. We lost 6-11.   I got up at 7:45 when DH woke me up to do the tie but as I lay back down I realize that the trash needed to be put out.   B/9:30 while driving to the movies. Wheat thins w/a bottle of water L/1:00 IHOP-ordered a grilled chicken salad. it had chz, tomatos, carrots, hard boiled egg, lettuce, ranch and honey mustard dressing. Large glass of lemon water w/pink surgar. D/5pm Carl's Jr. Chz burger w/tomato, onions, pickles, mayo, ketchup, lettuce, bun. Lrg Coke (didn't fiish it) PM Snack: 4 Gummy snack bags   Our freezer was causing things to frost up. It started a while ago but got really bad w/in the last week. Well today when we got home I thought that we had left it open. I could see that things had been melting. Well when I got home (9ish) from the grocery store I noticed that it was still the same and it looked even worse. I added the food and put up a sign asking not to open it.   I think we'll be needing a new one and right now we really can't afford one.

Want to hear something funny?!

Real quick...I went looking for my belt this morning.   Well I found it, put it on and then noticed that it was my husbands belt!   I figured it out as I tried to buckle it up. Got it to the first loop and couldn't understand why it wasn't going down like it usually does...then I really looked at the belt. I had such a huge smile on my face! I started laughing! Set the tone for the rest of my day!   HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!

This is new

I received a fill in July of this year. I had not received one since November of 2007. (That's when I thought I was a know it all and could do it myself. I was losing weight and didn't need support - of any kind)   Boy I was I wrong. I had dropped 30 pounds in 2007 since my surgery in July of 2006, but when I decided to get my a$$ together I was 10 heavier. In April of 2009 you could say I was reborn. I decided that I did need help—OF ANY KIND! I started searching the web, keeping a food journal, joined a support group and went to see my doctor (for the first time since 11/07).   I rec’d a fill in July, the doc and I thought there was only 7cc in but we soon found out I had 8cc. He added only .5cc but it was enough. It took a good 2 weeks before I could really feel the restrictions.   I’ve always been tight in the morning but now it’s a bit more. I drink before I eat to help loosen things up. I can only eat half of what I used to in the morning and I’m hungry w/in an hour.   This is new; Yesterday I became concerned while trying to eat my lunch: [/b]:%20void(0);"]Mission Tortillas - Yellow Corn Tortillas - Super Size (Approx 6.5"), 1 tortilla [/b]:%20void(0);"]Cheese - Cheddar, 0.5 oz [/b]:%20void(0);"]Lettuce - Iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw, 0.5 leaf outer [/b]:%20void(0);"]Sun Vista - Black Beans -- No Salt Added, 0.025 cup [/b]:%20void(0);"]Taco Bell - Taco Sauce - Medium, 1 tbsp I started having heart palpitations after having 3 bits. I put my hand on my chest and could feel it move. It didn’t last long but boy is was scary. I waited a few minutes and it stopped and I was able to finish my taco.   I had another taco for dinner and didn’t have any problems.   I get stuck more often now I’ve noticed too. I need to remember to chew, chew, chew.

Swine Flu

Last Monday I was told my oldest DS had the Swine Flu (SF).   I have four kids and thank GOD only one had it. I can tell you I lost a lot of sleep for a few days.   But we were lucky, he had a mild case. He had been feeling sick the week prior, worse over the weekend and by Monday after going to Urgent Care (We went because we had been in contact w/someone who had been tested postitive the Friday prior, got a phone call that let us know). There was a close call w/strep too. He had white bumps on his tonsils too. It came back negitive so at least I had one thing off of my list to worry about.   They did a SF rapid test on 3 of four of my kids and only one was positive but we still needed to have the lab follow up done for the next day. It was a long day, waiting for that phone call to tell me the results. It came late in the day (of course) and all was the same from the night before at Urgent Care. Only one had SF and the rest had cold symptoms...ear infections, water behind both ears and swollen limph nodes.   Because my DS did not have a high grade fever we did not receive the medicine Tamiflu (sp?) to fight it, we were told to use over the counter meds.   I am happy to say that he is on the mend, he went to school that Wednesday and only missed one day of school. His fever was gone by that evening and was fever clear for 24 hours. He had residual muscle aches from all the sneezing and mild headaches but as of today is his back to normal!   I am now trying to get back into the right eatting habits again. I was eating what I could, when I could.   I hope you and yours are safe during this difficute flu time.   PLEASE REMEMBER TO WASH YOUR HANDS, KEEP SOME HAND SANITIZER NEAR OR WITH YOU!   IF YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER IS SICK ...PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AT HOME.

SWEET SPOT here I come!

Have I told you lately that I LOVE THIS BAND!! This is the best diet tool I've ever used. I'm so happy that I decided to get this! Summer is coming to an end and the kids are excited to go back to school and so am I!!   We’ve been so busy w/playing and cleaning that I haven’t had time to blog.   I’m going to push back my appointment for a fill in September. I’ve been doing well this last month; I’ve lost 8 pounds with no problem, could I have found my SWEET SPOT?! (Last fill- July 16th) With going to Zumba twice a week; I’ve also dropped another 10.75 inches! Since I’ve been working out in Zumba (since April) I’ve lost a total of 21.75” and 12#’s!   I have been emailing my mom with my daily food journal. She has a weight issue too. I thought by showing her what I ate, when and that it worked that she might try.   It worked; she started this week but wanted to start out doing shakes only. I convinced her that the shakes are good when you’re in a rush but that food is the best way to go (keep a journal, watch the portion size and eat more than 3 times a day—she is NOT banded). But also knowing from the past that the shakes get boring quickly and then she starts eating the WRONG things.   For the week she has been doing it right and has dropped a pound already!   WAY TO GO MOM!

Still Here But...

I'm still here but haven't had the will to "be on top fo things".   Family, holidays, death....you name it it's been here and some of it is still here.   I've been able to maintain!!   Starting logging once...need to get back into that. I know that it helps to realize what you are eating and when.   Had to drop my ever loving Zumba class due to cost but I found another. Just need to sign up for it now. Need to put it back into my schedule!   Keep up the good work everyone!

Size 16!

This has been a long road. I started in 7/06 at 225. I was doing well and thought I could do it on my own. I stepped away from support, follow ups and chat blogs.   It took me 3 years to come back and find my say. I’ve been working on this for the past 6months. I’ve been able to drop 25 pounds and 36.5 inches. ZUMBA IS SO MUCH FUN!!   I have learned that if I exercise, complete a daily journal, drink at least 64 oz of liquid a day, weigh daily (really try not to do that one, but you know how it goes when you’re on a diet) or weekly, and measure; I can do this…stay on track…I can smile again and be proud of what I’m doing.   The standing goal for life is to keep up w/my life change once I meet my weight goal of 145. On each diet that I’ve done (and I’ve done a lot), I’ve never thought about “what to do at the end when I reach my goal”. I always went back to the way things were.   And then I would gain it all back and more…I don’t want this!   I’ve gone from a 22 to a 16 in pants …I don’t want that again!   I’ve dropped over 30 inches…I don’t want it back!   I have a matinee coming up soon. I’ve had this dress in my closet for 3 years, just waiting till the day I could wear it. I put it on and guess what? IT WAS TOO BIG! I went over to my mom’s house and found some clothes there. I found out that I now wear a size 16! I haven’t seen a 16 in YEARS! It felt so good; it put a skip in my step all day long.   I’m so happy to be on the journey to a new life!

SeaWorld w/the kids

Well I took the kids to SW this morning. We got there around 10 & left around 2. I'm tired and thirsty. :faint:   B 8:00am: ProRated drink w/12 oz 2% milk S @SW 12ish: Two handfulls of Buggles & an apple L 3:00: Asian Salad (60% of it-but all of the chicken) @ Jack N Box plus 4 spoonfulls of chocolate shake and 5 FF D 7:00: 2 Del Tacos that I made into a salad w/dressing (no shell) and a few (5)chips w/nacho cheese   I brought ProRated w/me so I could buy some milk but I left my walet at home--duh. So there went a good idea. I've had 20 oz water so far. Just haven't had it in front of me. I need to get working on it for today.   I don't know if it's the water or what, but for the past two nights I've had a headache that startes around 8pm. Nothing seems to help it either.   The kids were ok so it may our time nice. It was good to get out w/them again. 5:20pm I'm on my second 20 oz cup since I got home. Headache still there and it's hot here. Not to hungry since I ate late but the family is and DH just got home. Oh wo is me and me is tired. 7:45pm OMG the kids; tonight must have been Q&A for DH and his hot rodes he had as a young buck. DH kept asking me "are they like this all the time w/you?---YES" I don't think I'll make the 64 oz today. I still have the second one I started right before DH came home. Ha; my headache is gone though! :clap2: Have PTA stuff to start on--I'm to tired but I'll give it a try.:Banane10:   I had 4 cups left to drink--not bad for a late start.

Passing on the Fill

I've thought it over and I'm going to pass on the fill this time.   I've lost 3 pounds since surgery and my clothes fell great. I want to feel better about what I have inside of me. I want to wait another month or so.   I meet with Dr. Brunson on the 23rd and I'm sure we'll talk about it again.   I'm feeling great. No pain on my side.   I do find that I can eat more then I thought I would be able to. I need to rememeber to eat the protein portion of the food first.   We had chicken tacos last night and I had three. It sure was good going down but I was hunger later (10ish).   I also need to find something else to eat while at Souplantation. It's becoming boring, same ol-thing again and again.   I need to find that cookbook! Before & After: Living & Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery By: Susan Maria Leach Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery By: Patt Levine/Michele Bontemo Sarary. Both are over $20 in the local bookstores and under that on line but by the time you pay for shipping, it's like buying it local.

Oh how sneezing hurts

I started sneezing over the weekend and I'm finding that my lft side hurts from it. I hope that it will get better with time. I don't want to have to hold my each and every time I have a cold.   I'm still holding at 205, but the other day I saw 204  . I hope I will reach my Christmas goal of 193.   I'm really looking to lose 3-5 pounds a month. More then that is a blessing.   Over the weekend I wanted chocolate--and I found it. I haven't had a period for 4 years except when I stress out and it will come for a week and then go away. Well I was spotting all week (very little), I had really bad mood swings and my lower back was really hurting. I guess the stress from the surgery and shit finially got to me. DH said my peroid might come back. I hope not, I hope this is all I'm going to see of it--again.   I have been good about my eating but not really good. I've been having small portions and eating my protein first but I've also been having bad stuff: Chocolate Chips Bread Corn Tortillas French Fries Fried Fish   I keep telling my self that I will go on to Fitday.com and start logging, but damm, I don't have the time to sit and write down all my food. I had a problem doing that just putting it onto the paper.   :help: I MUST START LOGGING MY FOOD!!!!!!!:help:

Oh do I have an attitude today

B-8:30am: Protein drink w/12 oz 2% milk & ½ banana L-12:30pm: 1 sl wheat bread w/butter & American Chz (grilled chz), 2 sl apple and 5 grapes. I just can’t wait for the kids to go back to school so they will have something to do all day long. My oldest each and every morning asks “Mom what are we going to do today? Can we go anywhere?” I went to support group last night and I’m becoming more familiar with everyone now that I talk to. Joan had the two books “Living & Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery” & “Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery”. She said that I could keep them till next month’s meeting. I am doing ok on the water but still not like I was. I need to get back on track w/that. I'm still not sure if I want to get a fill. I like my feedom of drinking more then a sip at a time or eating just a bit more. I quess I'm also afraid and what I've been reading about getting stuck or not going through or vomiting. I know that if I get a fill that I will limit myself some more and I want that--just not the scary stuff that might happen. I need to get into the gym. I keep telling myself that I can just wait one more month and the kids will be in school and I'll have all the time in the world. But I need to start more then the walking that DH and I are doing, or trying to do 3 times a week.

It's been close to 3 years since last post :{

I've been so busy. Life does that to you. Current weight as of a week ago is 202. On banding day (7/11/06) I was at 208, prior to that I started at 224 w/first visit to doctor to start all of this. Fills: 11/06 - 5cc/194#/BMI 37 5/07 - Pulled out fluid, found 4cc, added on more to total 5cc again/202#/BMI 38 8/07 - Pulled out fluid again, 5cc still there, added 1cc for a total of 6cc/198#/BMI 37   I'm happy to have kept the weight off but not happy that I haven't lost.   I've done it to myself. I haven't been watching what I put into my mouth in the past 3 years.   Last Monday I started logging what I'm eating. I've come back here to look for support and to talk to others about what they are doing and how it might be working for them--or not.   I will try my best to keep up on the logging.

I'm working it!!

Up at 7:30 and started my day. Worked around the house before going to Zumba at 9:30. Didn’t have time to eat at home so did it while I drove to class. The last time I didn’t eat before class I almost passed out. Don’t want that to happen again.   B/9:15- 2 Spc K Grab N Go (100 Cal ea.) 9:30-10:30 Zumba class Snack/11:15 Protein Shack (Peanut Butter) L/1:15 Hotdog w/bun, mustard, ketchup and pickle relish. (Had a doctor’s appt. at 11:45-12:45, so lunch was late) D/5:40 (not hunger yet and going to do another Zumba at 6:30) On the way to class had a Spc K Grab N Go D/8:00pm Take out/Mx-shrimp burrito (huge one), ate half. Lettuce, tomatos, shrimp, salsa, white sauce and a side of radishes (4). Now at 9:10 I have acid reflux. Zumba class was great! Water/Drinks(8oz): lllllll (56oz today )   Had a stressful day w/the kids. Just the usual—not getting along. But I’m proud of myself for not turning to food to escape the issue.   I will try to remember to weigh in and measure this weekend. Last weigh in into my log book was 5/5: #: 204 BMI: 39 Neck: 14.5” Chest: Above 40”/At 44”/Below 39” Arms (left/right): High 13”/12.75”, Elbow 10.5”/10.5”, Wrist 6.25”/6.25” Waist: 39” Hips: 3” below 48”, 7” below 49” Thigh: 27”/27.5” Knee: 15.75”/16” Calf: 17.5”/17”

I'm Half Way There!

I hit my half way mark today!!!   I am so happy! :thumbup:I have 40 more to go.   Since I've been keeping my food dairy at myfitnesspal.com it has made it easier to count the calories now. I used to hate doing it.   I also keep track of my exercise workout there.   It has really helped keep me on track with my food. I was keeping a dairy of just the food I hate, not the amount or calorie count. You could say it was a practice run till I could find a website that meet my needs.   I'm still working out twice a week in a Zumba class (LOVE IT ) and I want to start back up in my water aerobics class too. Now with school back in I need to work that into my schedule.   I have an appointment w/my doctor this week but I think I'm going to push it back a few months to (last fill was in July) see if I continue losing easily. I've heard that as you lose you need it tighter to keep your sweet spot--right now I like how tight I am.   Have a great day everyone!

I'm finding it easier...

Food journal: I used to hate it, but I've been writing since April of this year and it's become part of my daily routine and I don't even think twice about it.   I don’t do calorie counts, I journal what and when I eat only. I found (in the past) that it just took up to much time to find out what the calorie(s) was for each and every thing I ate or drank.   I've been losing weight, so I guess you could say what I've been works. Since I’m a visual person, I like how this keeps me on track at a glance.   I've been posting here and emailing my mom (trying to get her on track too) about my food journal.   She found a site and told me about the food dairy section. She said it was easy to use. I tried it out today and I think I've found an site to log into and get my calorie counts for the day.   I had been on this site (www.myfitnesspal.com) about a month ago, but only used it as a "ticker" creation. I looked through it but thought there really wasn't anything there that I needed. Guess I was wrong.   It lets you input exercise info too.

I drank it, I drank it!!

I started something new yesterday. I filled up a jug with 64 oz of water and I drank it all. It wasn't hard, I just had to remember that I had it there to drink. Yesterday B: 1.5 c Tuna Salad L: 3 Chkn Taqitos & 3 Fish sticks D: Beef Salad late Nite Snack: Coconut Caramel Promax Bar (all of it)   Today: 16 oz water first 10:25am: ProRated 20oz (1.5 scoop) working on 2nd water. 12:45pm: 3 oz steak, 2 oz chkn flvrd pasta (in my back in the upper part it hurts like heartburn) working on 3 cup 3:40pm: Promax coconut carmel bar   My feet hurt last night after we got home and I had a headache. I think my shoes are not the right kind. May need to buy new ones (walking shoes). Only got up once last night to pee.

I DID IT! I DID IT! took a while but I DID IT!

I made a goal in 2007 that I wanted to get to 195 by December of 2007. That would have been 13 pounds from my surgery date weigh in. When I last journaled in Nov I see that I was at 198. Oh so close and I think that's why I thought I could do it on my own. Didn't need anyones help, I was working it and it was working. Oh what I know now.   I met my goal this morning of 195!!!   I would have told you a year ago that writing in a journal really didn't make a difference. I'm here today to tell you that it does.   I don't count calories, I just write down what and when I eat and how much water I've had. I listen to my body when it tells me it's satisfied, not full but satisfied. I bring snacks and water w/me where ever I go so I won't be tempted.   But if I want a peice of candy, french fry, buttered popcorn or what ever - I have some, not a lot and don't feel guilty about doing it.   I've always known that exercise is a great help but I do believe that for the first time I've found my "sweet spot" on an exercise program called Zumba.   Thank you everyone who has responded to my blogs, been there in chat and who has posted. You all have done so much for me!

I did it again!

I finished the water yesterday.   I didn't mesaure last night cause DH wasn't in the mood. Bad day at work.   I was so busy this morning that I never got here to entry my day.   B/L 11:30: Tuna Salad on whole wheat w/lettuce Snack 1:00: 100 Cal Popcorn Snack 4:25: 2T Tuna Salad   I've been drinking Crystal Lite today. On my 2nd 20 oz cup.   The kids helped me lift alot today. We had Amvets come out and get the kids old backyard toys that they don't use anymore. I also had toys in the house too.

Help me I'm melting...No wait-don't! :)

I have had my new fill now for about 2 weeks. It was tight the first few days and then it felt like it loosened up and I could eat just like I had before.   Well in 8 days I’ve lost 3 pounds!! I step on the scale each day and I see it just going away. I was teetering between 196 & 198 and now I’m over it and melting the pounds away. But I’m still thinking I may need ¼ more at my next doctor’s visit in September.   It feels so good! My lowest weight ever, since I started was 189 and it feels really good that I am getting closer and closer to that once again.   My kids are great; they’ve been so supportive during all of this even though they feel they’ve lost their fast food fixes. We still go but just not as often as we used to, instead of going EVERYDAY we go maybe every other week if that. They’ve learned that if we do go, FRENCH FRIES are right out!   I will get grilled this and no bun that. The other day the twins (DDs) wanted to go out to Jack’s for breakfast. They earned money and needed fast food fix. The girls ordered french toast sticks, hash browns, and a breakfast jack.   I mulled over the menu and decided to have an egg, cheese and a sausage with hot sauce. It took all I had not to have the croissant that would have companied this. But by asking to hold the croissant, I took control and enjoyed my breakfast with-out feeling denied. (out of sight, out of mind—and not missed)   I am able to get my bread fix, we have mini plan bagels in the house right now, and I will have a half a bagel w/cream cheese and a deli slice of ham. This I do have to REALLY CHEW! I have noticed that with this fill, bread isn’t my friend anymore. I eat more flour tortillas these days than I ever have before. It isn’t a bad thing mind you but, who knew?   The other thing that has been on my mind is my tummy. I see that my core is getting smaller (thank you ZUMBA!!) and my tummy skin is sagging more. This will be a costly fix when I’m at that point to get it removed since I’m sure my insurance won’t cover it. I'll be looking into this soon, so I can start saving.

Having so much fun at the BEACH!!!

I have been going to the beech so much this summer with my kids and actually enjoing it.   I have been actually going into the water and swimming or boogie boarding with them.   Today I swam out into the ocean as far as I could with my oldest son. I haven't done that since I was a teenager. It was such fun!   I can see that my kids are happy that I am not just sitting on the beach watching them and taking pictures, I'm really out there with them.   I started in a Zumba class back in April. I know that this has given me so much from energy to self confidence. I am up and out and not just sitting around. I've dropped 11 inches and 7 pounds! LOVE IT!     I really started focusing in getting back into the right frame of mind on how to use my tool to its potential back in January of this year.   I started by journaling my food and finding blogs that would help me and going back to the doctor.   When I stopped going to the doctor back in November in 2007 I had left at the weight of 198 and thought that I knew what I was doing because I was losing weight.   In January of this year I started at the weight of 205, I am now lower then I was in November of ’07, I'm at 196.   I am so happy that I’m working on this again! :tt1:

Getting Ready

:peep:I'm scared. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do this for 10 days. It was easy before when there was no kids but now that there are 4 of them in the house I hope I can do it. I'm finding that I'm staying up longer each night. Getting up around 9 or 10 in the morning. Thank goodness it's summer break now. I still have a sore throat and I don't know what I'm going to do w/the pain. Can't take anything after Sunday. I'm looking into homeopathic though. I still have my kit. The other thing I've done is quite smoking again. I started 6 months ago. Why--I don't know. Did it later to calm my nerves and to calm me when I was upset w/Bruce. I quite 3 days ago and so far don't want another one.:clap2:

First Fill Since Nov. 2007

Okay, I can tell you that I was truly nervous while waiting in the waiting room. I haven't been here in over a year, not sure if he would do a fill or not, would he ask about my journal...   After getting weighed and finding out that their scale showed me to be 4 pound heavier than my home scale, my feelingss where hurt. "I've been working really hard this past month and I thought it was working!" But after I calmed down and remembered that each scale can be different and that it's ok to go by my scale at home (the one that shows I've lost 9 pounds since June) I felt better.   So...he came in and I really felt it was like a wham pam thank you mame kind of visit.   He let me know that I really should have been coming in. Said that in order for this to really work I need to visit at least every other month.   He asked if I felt restricted- "not really" Do you want a fill - "yes" Do you have reflux - "yes" Sleep apnea -"yes" I told him that the last time he and another doctor tried to give me a fill that they had a problem finding my port and that I wanted a local cause it hurt. He said that he really didn't do that and that this shouldn't hurt. WRONG - He had a problem, took longer then it should have and each time he moved the needle around it would pinch me in the inside. But he did eventually find it. He pulled out 8cc, my records indicated that there should have been 7cc in so we both were surprised to find more. He added it back along with a half cc more.   I found restriction while drinking the water in the waiting room and then later when I ate lunch and at dinner, I could feel I was fuller a bit sooner.   It was a strange feeling though when to took out the 8cc. You know how it feels when your pants or belt is to tight after you've eaten and then you undo and fell relieved? I could feel the opening of the band and of it being filled back up.   I think I will be looking for another doctor too.

Day 8 - Liquid Diet

Two days ago Mom the kids and I went to Grandma's house. Ty locked the keys in the van. Bruce didn't come till close to 8 to get the keys out. Mom and I spent 4 hours working on Grandma's room which was a good thing but I was soooooooo hungry and so was everyone else.   We went to JB and I got everyone food and sat there w/my diet soda. I turend my head but the food smelt so good. I was really hoping that one of the kids wouldn't finish their food. While waiting I had 4 fries. Kira was the one who didn't finish her burger. I hate half a burger w/lettuce and pickle and then mom gave me some of hers. I tell you that was the best dam burger I ever had! And I had the runs for the next two days.   Yesterday I only had two spoonfulls of tuna salad and a slice of chedder chz at Steph's. Not bad. I had to leave the house last night cause we had Pizzu Hut and I really wanted some. So I went to Steph's.   Today I haven't had a thing. Step and I went to the movies and I didn't eat anything---WAY TO GO MELIA! The popcorn sure did smell good though.   The kids will be dropped off at the appropriate houses tomorrow night and then I'll be in the hospital by 10:30 on Tuesday.   I've had a pain in my throat since yesterday and today it's hard to swallow. I've taken Tylenol so we'll see if it goes away.   When I got home the family was out. It's 8:55 and they are still not home. Must be out eating.
