Struggling, Confused, need Help
I know we need 60 proteins daily but can you get too much?
I found this great software program to add to my palm pilot to help me track everything. http://www.calorieking.com/software/ckmobplus.php It tracks calories, proteins, carbs, fats and exercising and has over 10,000 listing of foods on it. It has come in very helpful. But it says I should be getting 2400 calories, that sounds insanely too high but again I am HUGE right now. Can anyone give me advice on how many calories and what is the max on protein? I'm also nervous about my first fill. Any advice on what I should eat/drink afterwards and how long this first fill will keep me restricted? Nervous, I'm just plain nervous!! Help, anyone.
