About this blog

I feel great finaly after a few weeks and I have all this energy and no way to use it since excersing is out of the question for a bit. I am getting bored with walking and really want to hit the pool. Soon!

Feeling tired

I feel like a TRAIN JUST TOOK ME FOR A DRAG FOR A FEW BLOCKS, sore as crazy a little more than last time so kinda weird. I just want to get to my goal and not have to worry about this anymore. Im much closer now. last weigh in was 300 :crying: after a week or two i can go work off the rest. I cant wait.

Revision

Thursday 10/22/09 11am fountain Valley Hospital. Having revision surgery due to a flipped port. Im not happy about it at all but i'll deal with it. Im nervous again and having crazy dreams I think from the stress. Im fitting into my clothes nice still and still loosing slowly. all will be fine. :wink2:

First FILL?????!!!!

Damn I went in today and after being poked for about 20 mins and serriously 30 sticks later... nothing!!! they cant find the damn hole !@!@#$ Now I have to go get xrayed to see what happend and hope that my port didnt flip. Im still losing weight but its all me doing it and not the band. theres a kick in the ass. So here i go the P.A. tells me the worst case is the have to operate AGAIN!!! :cursing:

Here is what I have learned about me, PROTIEN PROTIEN PROTIEN and some calcium! I have learned the key to succsesfull weight loss with myself is protien. I dont nesscearly need food to keep me going but i do need protiene and calcium along with a good multi-vitamin. I have tried to go with out my protien and i have noticed a huge difference and its amazing the energy i get with just protien and proper hydration and vitamins. so here it is in a nutshell.   1. PROTIEN 2. Calcium 3. Water or my fav Crystal Light 4. Movement (excersie or walk) 5. food only if you have true hunger not head hunger

Ahh what a great day!

Well today is a great day I have lost two more pounds and the sun is out. Ill go for a swim today finally. Im cleared to excersise and I think ill go swim and hit the eliptical. Yippie!!!

Im kickin your ass Weight!

Today I am out of the 50's and into the 40's, iM HAPPY! I have to admit that since I had this operation i swore i wouldnt let it get to my head but damn there i go lounging by my pool tanning lmao. My clothes are to big for me now and my belts need to be resized weeee hohooo! :cool:

I cant take it anymore and after waking up to a 2 pound gain, I am more determined to get this weight off. I will lose this weight and get to my new mini goal of getting out of the 50's. 299 Im aiming for you!:rolleyes2:

a lil hungry hmmm

ok today i didnt do so well in getting all the protien that i need and im going to bed hungry as im not going to allow myself to go over what i set up for me as a goal calorie intake of 800 max. ill do better tomorrow. :rolleyes2:
