Feeling Better About Myself

Wow its been about a week since i have logged on. So I didn't get to diary my food choices. I have been very busy and didn't not GYM work out once this week. But thats okay i still did my morning Squats and arm exercises, which make me feel really good. This last week i finally put my scale away.. I was weighing everyday, and getting frustrated w/ my self. I decided to pay more attention to how my clothes fit and how i feel. You know I got so many compliments this last weeek. From people i haven't seen in weeks to my co-workers i see all the time. and that is WHAT make me feel GOOD, not the number on the scale. I thought i was to have a fill this last MONDAY and it not until 6/8 and I am not weighing myself until then. I have been in Bansterhell. I sure have been craving lots of sweets. But i find that Walmarts, Cajun Trail Mix, hits the spot with me. Its late I have got to go and get some Rest for my George Strait Concert tomorrow in the new Dallas Cowboy Stadium... I so EXCITED:thumbup:....

Time for me to Blog

This morning, I have decided to blog and maybe it will help me to do better for myself. I let myself eat things and shouldn't and I need a change. My 2nd fill was on 05/11, and since then i have lost 4lbs. Let me tell myself what i ate yesterday... Breakfast(7am), i had yogurt w/ strawberries and Granola, and water-which isn't a bad choice, i just need to stick to low fat. . Lunch(11:30), i had Turkey w/ Dressing--okay i had gravy too, that was so a bad choice. no drink until i got back to my desk, and continued w/ my 32oz of water i had that morning. About 2PM i had Liptons diet green tea(Had drank all my water). No Snacks, got home(4PM) and had left over grilled pork ribs-like two bites the country style no bone, with mustard...Went and bought some groceries, my son was having a field trip to day, had to get stuff for a sack lunch. Then ordered Pizza for dinner and ate just the topping of a thin crust ham/mushrooms/black olive pizza- believe me i tried to eat the crust, but i couldn't- took one bite and the pain hit. so i stopped and just stuck w/ the topping. Then i made sandwiches for the kids for lunch cleanned the kitchen, did a load of clothes and straightened up my room. Sat and watched my Y&R and 2 episodes of Couger that i recorded then went to bed(9:30PM). Wait... i did attempt to do 4 push ups. i layed there i did leg lifts in the bed. Here I am awake at 4AM. I am going to fold the clothes in the dryer, and getting ready for work. I will be back in the AM to confess my day.
