BuBbLes??

Hey everybody just wanted to stop by and check on you guys. I have a question I have been feeling these bubbles in my stomache. I had a piece of fried chicken without the skin, and a couple of potatoe wedges, for some reason after I ate I got like this bubbling feeling, and I dont know what it is? I have never felt it before and was wondering if any of you may know. I just hope that I haven't damaged my band. Also does anybody know about doing crunches? I want to extend my workout to doing any ab workout because I'm starting to feel jiggly in the lower ab area, but I'm a little nervous about my band so if anybody has an answer for a sister help please. 2 more pounds gone

I had to come by and spread my joy even though I had two cookies today. I did my step aerobics and wanted to weigh myself. I was a little sceptical but was like jump on anyway, and your girl is down to 256 after being stuck at 58 for like three wekks HEYYYYYYYYYYYYY:w00t::tt2::smile2:. It has been a long time coming for those two pounds but they are gone, gone, gone. I am on the road although I was discouraged I stuck with it and burnt two more pounds its small but very big at the same time. WAAAAHOOOOOOOOOO for the lap band:w00t:. Cant wait to get on next week. GO B GO B GO B...LOLOLOL I really feel good right now!!!

we fall down

I dont know whats been going on with me the last two days but I have been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hungry :tt2:. I have been drinking water like crazy and doing the slim fast but wow. I just didnt have my hard hat on today and ate two cookies...lord I feel guilty!!!!:smile2:. I dont know what was wrong its like I didnt have any will power and before and during the time I was eating those cookies I was like our going to pay for those, and I did it anyway. I will work my guilt off at step aerobics and then 40 minutes on the treadmill for extra punishment. D**N IT MAN!!!:waytogo: I know better than that, but I will do better tomorrow.

Need some info.....

HELLLLLOOOOOOOO!!!!! Hey fellow band members its me again I think this has become an addiction to get on here since everybody has something to say and valuable info. I have a protein shakes which are really good and all that but I want a change. I went to net grocer and order some peach halves in light syrup, wheat thins, rice cakes, slim fast and fruit chillers which is frozen fruit. I work in Iraq so its kinda hard to find the food that I need to make healthy choices which is the reason I ordered what I did. I know that we are supposed to have sugar free what ever but unfortanley all the food that I order is not as such. I just recently started drinking a lot of water. Anyhow I'm getting off subject. I wanted to know if the choices that I made from net grocer okay or does anybody have any food reccomendations and also how much sugar if any is okay to consume. I havent had a fill since I've been banded and I noticed that I am taking in more food which is the reason for so much water to keep me full and to make sure I dont gain anything I lost already. I plan on getting a fill when I go home on vacation in June but I just need some helpful info to see if my choices are bad or okay. Any help you guys got would be great. You guys are a great support system and I really do thank all of yall for being here it makes my struggle that much easier to know I have people I can turn to that know what I'm going through. Biggest loser with lap band

I was thinking that myself and anybody that was willing to have our own biggest loser challenge. It would be just a friendly challenge to get each other motivated and on the road to losing and sharing our stories together. I'm not gonna lie and I know that I'm going to need help and if there is anybody interested hit me up. I think it could be a positive out come for everyone involved.

What are you looking forward to???

HEY EVERYBOD!!! I know with all of us getting our health in order and we are making goals but what are you looking forward to the most. It could be the compliments you get a along the way for us who just started or for those of you who have made your goal what were you looking forward to more than anything in this world. I know for myself I want to get on a plane and be able to sit in my seat without pulling the strap all the way to the end just to get it to fit around me. Also to sit in my seat and not have my thighs smushed together by the armrest.:ohmy: I CANT WAIT!! So if you have anything your looking forward to post it!!!   TTYL, B.

What do I do???

Okay well this is my first time being on here, I posted on obesityhelp.com and found this site aslo. To begin I had lap band surgery on Feb 18, 2009 and started out at 274 on surgery day. I weighed myself and I only lost 16 pounds down to 258. A week after I had surgery I flew back overseas to go back to work the flight was fine. I have had good days eating and bad days. I didnt work out much in the Month of March or Arpril. In March I was still sore I guess because of the flight and my incisions hadnt healed all the way. In April I felt much better but I was doing to much working out because 10 to 15 minutes I felt real tired and winded so I toned it down. I finally got into a routine and got up to 20 to 25 minutes on the elliptical. At the end of April I took on a step aerobics class MWF which last about an hour and doing another 45 minutes later on in the night. I also work out on T-Th for 45 minutes the extra work out is on the elliptical. Even with all this working out I just wanted to know is it normal not to lose. I havent had a fill since my surgery and was thinking that was the reason but I dont know. Does anybody have any answers.
