HELP cant sleep

well it is friday had surgery wed. in a lot of pain. cant get comfortable to sleep at all and anything i drink feels like it gets stuck. almost backed out at the last minute but my sexy surgeon talked me into it. still cant tell a good looking guy no lol. having a lot of trouble sleeping if any one has a suggestion would love to hear it. i just cant get comfortable feels like the band is rubbing unless i am standing straight up.

God I hope this works.

I am so tired all the time. I cant wait to get this wieght off. My whole body aches after work. Doing anything is such an effort. I hate being like this. I have been dieting and walking and still nothing is coming off. Makes me wonder is the surgery will even help. Lost 2 pounds last month. It depresses me when I hurt like this. I look at people twice my age and watch them run up a flight of stairs at work. While I slowly knees and back aching the whole climb up them. God I hope this works. I dont think I can take any more aleve then I already do. Mind of a thirty years old body of a ninety year old. God I hope this works.

night before surgery

I have surgery in 11 hours and i cant sleep a wink. To top it off my ex called and there are still alot of unresolved issues there so on top of nerves i got all them issues. I have to admit this is the most scared I think I have ever been. Spent most of my time pre op talking myself into it and saying I can always back out... Well wish me luck and pray for me off we go into the wild blue i guess.

nervous

well my surgery date is september 2 and i am really freaking out. went thru all the post op stuff today and am just trying to talk myself in to doing it. i was fine and now all of a sudden i am really scared. all the horror stories they told us. any calming advice?:thumbup:

pre surgery advice?

Well I am two months away from having lap band surgery and I am getting nervous. Emotional to I think I might actually be scared to be skinny. I have been overwieght my entire life. Picked on, looked at, and skimmed over by the rest of the world since I can remember. I am on here looking for insight, guidance, friends, and support. I hope I find these things along the way. I have read a few blogs to get acquainted with the site and am amazed at the wieght loss. This gives me high hopes. Anyone with any pre surgery advice please send me a message I would be very grateful. :tounge_smile:

physciatric evaluation ?

Well tomorrow I go for my psyciatric testing. Im a little nervous I think I am sane lol. Anybody wanna give me a heads up as to what they are gonna ask me? I would appreciate it. Also wanted to say thanks to all of the responsis I have gotten to pre surgery advice. I really appreciate you all taking the time to help me out. My mother had the ruin y done about 15 years ago and it was hard on her health so I am glad I am not going that route. And she gained all her weight back in 6 years. Well I will let you all know how the testing go's. Wish me luck.:thumbup:

any suggestions

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestion for the 2 weeks prior to surgery with the all liquid diet. I think this will be the hardest part. Any help will be greatly appreciated.:smile2:

day one pre op diet

omg i am so hungry! lol and i cant stop peeing lol . all this water did everyone else have to do a 2 week pre op diet of flavored water and slim fast. this is probably the worst part. i cleaned out the fridge and gave all the food to my neighbor so i wouldnt be tempted. pray for me i will need it. :thumbup:
