after a few months of successful weightloss, i started letting old habits come back. they have built up and now i have to start all over again. i guess i will work on one thing a week and build each time so that i can be better. i never thought that the lap-band was a miracle, i knew that it would take some work, and i need to be positive and continue working the programs.
need to:
not drink liquids with my meals
eat only 3 meals a day
limit sweets to once a week
need more protein, yes, drink the nasty drinks
