So i had a very bad day yesterday I was very down all day and i just wanted to eat! I knlw that probably sounds bad but its real! I went from eating whatever i wanted all the way up until the day before surgery and than nothing! I have been doing good all week and i am down 10 lbs but yesterday i just was craving everything for the first time since surgery. I was in a bad mood because of it and i just wanted it to all be taken back. If it wasnt for my husband i would have just totally broke down but he made me see why i made this decision an how much it is going to change my life! I want to be healthy and happy and be able to have children, My husband and i have been trying for a year and a half with no luck so i am going to wait till i loose some weight and try again and hopefully that will solve the problem but i just had to refocus and now that i made the best decision for myself and yes itis going to be hard and i am going to have my good days and bad days but in the end it willall be worth it!!!:w00t:
So i got my band on 4-6 and i am almost done with my first week. I have been takin foods really well i have been havn cream of wheat for brkfst and mashed potatoes fordinner and protein drinks in between. I am excited to start my puree week because i am so tired of eating the same things however pureeing my food sounds very nasty so can anyone give me some things that they made and ate during their puree week i could definetley use the help! thanks!!:thumbup:
I got my lapband on monday 4/6. It has been an experience so far. I have been having a really hard time with the pain. I was told that it wouldnt be to bad so i think i was expecting less than what i have been having. I cant wait till i can move to regular foods i am so tired of broth, jello, and protein shakes lol i am ready for actual food again! I am just gonna continue to hang in there and hopefully i will start seeing results!:thumbup:
