:biggrin: I'm ne on here and am new to computer contact with other people so pardon me if I don't do this like you all. I'm looking for a mentor or a few helpful words (and will help you as well). I'm struggling with post surgery. My brain is telling me to gorge again and it's winning right now. surgery 11/08. lost 41 lbs by 1/09 and have put 10 lbs back on. any words of wisdom?
