I was banded by Dr. Alan Cribbens in Dallas TX on Friday, February 13, 2009. Yes, I said Friday the 13th--but I'm not supersticious. Just to let you know, I haven't had any complications at all and I'm doing fine, regardless of the "unlucky" day.
To date, I've lost 27 pounds! Woo Hoo!! I feel great! I've got a long way to go, though. My goal is 150 and I began this journey at 334.
The only problem I'm experiencing these days is getting enough fiber in my daily diet. Any suggestions?
